UAE-Philippines travel: Dh1 Dubai-Manila base fares unveiled in Cebu Pacific’s 12.12 flash sale
Discounted fares available for booking until December 13 across select routes
DUBAI – Dubai travellers have been handed one of the most striking fare promotions of the season, with Cebu Pacific launching a Dh1 one-way base fare for flights from Dubai to Manila as part of its 12.12 Super Seat Fest.
The flash sale is available until December 13, allowing residents to secure heavily discounted fares well in advance.
Travel for these ultra-low base fares is valid between June 1 and November 30, 2026, offering a long booking horizon for summer or autumn plans.
Dh1 offer
The Dh1 price applies to the base fare alone, with taxes and surcharges added separately. Cebu Pacific confirmed that the discounted ticket is part of its annual 12.12 promotion, popular among travellers seeking early holiday deals. Dubai continues to be among the airline’s strongest long-haul routes, with heavy demand from Filipino expatriates and UAE residents exploring Southeast Asia.
Cebu Pacific’s network
Once in Manila, passengers arriving from Dubai can connect onwards to 27 domestic destinations. Cebu Pacific operates one of the largest domestic networks in the Philippines, linking major hubs including Manila, Clark, Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao. These hubs serve well-known destinations such as Bohol, Palawan, Cebu, Boracay, and Siargao, giving travellers extensive options across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
The airline’s international reach spans 26 destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. The 12.12 promotion also extends across select international routes, with base fares marketed as low as P1 for eligible sectors. Cebu Pacific has long used the annual Super Seat Fest to stimulate advance travel planning by offering ultra-low entry fares.
Booking window
Passengers must book their Dh1 Dubai-Manila seats between December 8 and December 13. While the base fare is significantly discounted, the airline has clarified that standard charges still apply. The promotion is aimed at encouraging early bookings for 2026, giving passengers an opportunity to secure competitive long-haul fares months ahead.

For its newly announced Riyadh–Manila service, launching on March 1, 2026, Cebu Pacific has rolled out a SAR 1 one-way base fare valid for bookings from December 9 to 13, 2025. The route will operate four times a week, providing greater connectivity for travellers between Saudi Arabia and the Philippines. As with all promotional fares, taxes and surcharges apply.
