Back-To-Growth: Dubai firm launches new initiative to help UAE businesses recover from disruptions
New 6-month programme to support struggling startups, solopreneurs and MSMEs across the country
DUBAI – Dubai-based business advisory firm Titan Partners International has announced the launch of Back-To-Growth, a first-of-its-kind corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at helping entrepreneurs, startups, solopreneurs, and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) across the UAE recover from the business challenges created by recent regional geopolitical disruptions.
The six-month programme will provide free and subsidised advisory services, digital transformation support, and other practical assistance to eligible businesses seeking to restore growth and stability.
The initiative reflects Titan Partners International's commitment to strengthening the UAE's entrepreneurial ecosystem by offering practical solutions that help affected businesses restore operations, build resilience, and continue expanding despite recent economic challenges.
Although the UAE demonstrated strong resilience and stability during the regional crisis, many smaller businesses continue to deal with operational and financial pressures, including cancelled contracts, delayed payments, disrupted supply chains and declining revenues.
Nasir Jamal, Managing Director of Titan Partners International, said the programme was created to provide practical support when businesses need it most.
"Our objective is simple, to help businesses get back on their feet," Jamal said. He added: "Dubai has never been a city that waits for normal to return, it creates it. The businesses we serve are not just statistics; they are families, livelihoods, and dreams that took years to materialise. Back-To-Growth is our way of standing beside them when they need a vital helping hand, because support is not a slogan we put on a wall. It is a responsibility we carry."
The programme has been built around four strategic objectives: restoring business continuity for affected enterprises, reinforcing Dubai's reputation as one of the world's most resilient business destinations, complementing government-led economic support through practical private-sector solutions, and strengthening Titan's long-term commitment to the UAE's entrepreneurial community.
According to the company, Back-To-Growth is designed to complement the government's business support packages announced earlier in 2026 by addressing operational and advisory gaps that private-sector organisations are well placed to fill.
How it works
Eligible businesses will receive access to a comprehensive package of complimentary and subsidised services tailored to their specific needs. These include 100 percent free one-to-one advisory sessions covering business restructuring, cost optimisation, market expansion and supply-chain diversification.
The programme will also provide subsidised immigration and visa services with accelerated processing for business owners and key employees. Qualifying companies will receive a 50 percent discount on new business setup fees and licence renewal services.
Businesses selected for the initiative will also benefit from digital transformation support, including complimentary website development, subsidised customer relationship management (CRM) implementation, and digital payment integration aimed at improving operational efficiency and strengthening online presence.
Additional support includes access to co-working facilities through Titan's partner network, as well as direct introductions to banking partners for businesses experiencing account onboarding challenges or seeking improved access to financial services.
Back-To-Growth
The Back-To-Growth initiative will run over four phases across six months, beginning on 1 August 2026. The opening phase will focus on raising awareness and accepting registrations from eligible businesses.
This will be followed by detailed business assessments to identify the most appropriate support pathway for each applicant. During the implementation stage, Titan's advisory specialists will work directly with participating businesses to deliver support services while monitoring progress throughout the programme.
The campaign will conclude in January 2027 with the publication of a comprehensive impact report outlining the number of businesses supported, the services delivered, and the measurable economic value generated during the initiative.
Titan Partners expects the programme to assist hundreds of businesses during the six-month period while demonstrating how private-sector organisations can contribute to strengthening economic resilience during times of regional uncertainty.
The company also believes that enabling entrepreneurs to recover more quickly will benefit not only individual businesses but also reinforce Dubai's position as a leading global destination for investment, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Eligibility criteria
Back-To-Growth is open to entrepreneurs, startups, solopreneurs and MSMEs operating in both UAE free zones and the mainland that can demonstrate measurable business disruption resulting from the recent regional geopolitical situation.
Applications will be assessed individually to ensure support is directed towards businesses with genuine operational and financial recovery needs.
Jamal said the initiative reflects Titan Partners International's belief that meaningful corporate responsibility extends beyond donations by transforming business expertise into practical support that delivers long-term value.
"Through this initiative, Titan Partners International reinforces its belief that meaningful corporate responsibility extends beyond donations, business services and into creating lasting positive impact for the wider entrepreneurial ecosystem. By transforming practical expertise into tangible support, we aim to help businesses recover stronger, adapt faster, and continue driving sustainable economic growth across the UAE," he said.
