Aquarise project set to redefine residential resort living in Business Bay
DUBAI: Hollywood actor, producer, and former NFL star Terry Crews is the latest international celebrity to invest in Dubai’s booming luxury real estate market.
Crews signed for an apartment at the prestigious Binghatti Aquarise tower during a high-energy grand launch event at the Coca-Cola Arena, where he also served as the exclusive host.
The announcement adds to the growing list of international A-listers aligning themselves with Binghatti’s luxury developments across the UAE.
With more than 12,000 attendees including VIP investors, global brokerage leaders, and media representatives, the launch further elevated Dubai’s position as a magnet for high-net-worth individuals and global icons. The star-studded event marked a major milestone for Binghatti Developers, known for strategic partnerships with elite names including Neymar Jr., Andrea Bocelli, and Aymeric Laporte.

As part of the evening’s spectacle, Crews unveiled a live video feed from the Aquarise construction site—an energetic display symbolising the start of the development. The site, located in the heart of Business Bay, is already under construction with a completion target set for March 2027. This fast-tracked timeline supports Binghatti’s reputation as one of the UAE’s most dynamic and forward-moving developers.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti welcomed the signing, noting that it reflects growing confidence from global figures in the firm’s innovative, lifestyle-driven developments. He emphasised that projects like Aquarise are not just reshaping Dubai’s skyline, but also reimagining modern luxury living in the region.
Binghatti Aquarise will feature 1,598 units including studios, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, spacious 3- and 4-bedroom homes, and exclusive royal suites. Set to become a landmark in Business Bay, the project is highlighted by a 27,000+ square foot artificial beach – offering an urban shoreline escape within city limits.
Additional standout amenities include a flowing oval-shaped indoor gym designed to blend aesthetics with wellness, and a 44-metre-long infinity pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Dubai’s panoramic skyline. These features align with Binghatti’s mission to deliver residences that combine innovation, leisure, and premium living.
