DUBAI – Radisson Rewards, the global loyalty programme of Radisson Hotel Group, has surpassed 27 million members within just three years, demonstrating rapid growth and global appeal.

In 2025, the programme introduced a series of new partnerships across banking, travel, and lifestyle sectors, aimed at making earning and using points easier, more relevant, and more rewarding for members worldwide.

Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio now exceeds 1,600 hotels, including popular city properties and resorts, offering members more locations than ever to redeem their rewards.

Radisson Rewards has significantly strengthened its banking partnerships in key regions such as the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

In Saudi Arabia, Al Rajhi Bank, the largest bank in the Kingdom, has joined as a new partner, marking a major milestone in Radisson Hotel Group’s expansion across the country.

Further partnerships with HSBC in Qatar and the UAE enhance the programme’s reach. Clients can now seamlessly convert points from their bank’s loyalty programme into Radisson Rewards points.

India has seen record growth, with 33 new hotel signings and expansion into 11 new cities. Partnerships with HDFC Bank, India’s largest private sector bank, and Axis Bank, the third-largest, provide unmatched access to hotels and rewards. In the UK, collaboration with business credit card provider Capital on Tap offers PRO customers an exclusive tier match and the ability to convert bank loyalty points directly into Radisson Rewards points.

Lifestyle benefits

Radisson Rewards has introduced the Radisson Rewards Shop, allowing members to earn points on everyday purchases. Popular brands on the platform include Fnac, Sephora, Adidas, Nike, Apple, and Samsung. Currently available in the UK, US, India, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany, the portal positions Radisson Rewards as a lifestyle programme, rather than a travel-only loyalty scheme.

The loyalty programme has also extended its travel ecosystem partnership with GetYourGuide, enabling members to earn points for tours, attractions, and activities worldwide.

Tier advantage

Radisson Rewards’ streamlined tier structure allows members to reach the highest level twice as fast as traditional hotel programmes, with benefits from day one. Combined with dynamic redemption options and an expanding partner ecosystem, the programme offers greater flexibility and meaningful ways to earn points across more than 1,600 hotels globally.

Ana Martinez de Velasco, Global Director of Radisson Rewards at Radisson Hotel Group, said: “These partnerships reflect our commitment to expanding Radisson Rewards beyond hotel stays and creating a truly global lifestyle programme. By integrating with leading brands across banking, travel, and retail, we are giving our members more ways to earn, more ways to engage, and more reasons to stay loyal.”
