DUBAI: In a significant milestone for Pakistan’s premium hospitality sector, Valor Hospitality Partners, Accor, and Al Feroz Group have announced the debut of the Pullman brand in the country.

The three companies have signed a landmark agreement to develop Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower, a luxury coastal hotel set to open in 2028. Located in the upscale Clifton area adjacent to Dolmen Mall, the hotel is poised to reshape Karachi’s hotel landscape and bolster its global tourism credentials.

This will be the second hotel in Pakistan for Valor Hospitality Partners, a global full-service hotel management firm. Developed by Al Feroz Group under its Brentwood Hospitality banner, the property will be managed by Valor under a franchise agreement with Accor. The hotel will offer 220 guest rooms and 28 serviced apartments, complemented by a wide array of dining, wellness, and business amenities designed to serve both corporate and leisure travellers.

Strategic location & features

Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower’s prime location offers direct access to Dolmen Mall Clifton and close proximity to Karachi Port, the Central Business District, major rail links, and Jinnah International Airport. The hotel’s design includes two restaurants, an upscale lounge, and seven flexible banqueting venues covering over 2,100 square metres. Leisure amenities will feature a full-service spa, a modern outdoor pool, and a cutting-edge fitness centre.

International Design Associates (IDA) has been commissioned to oversee the interior design. Known for its culturally sensitive and place-specific projects, IDA brings its global portfolio of over 300 high-profile projects to this Karachi venture. The firm aims to create a unique guest experience that reflects both local culture and international hospitality standards.

Voices from the partners

Julien Bergue, Co-Founder and Managing Partner – Middle East, AMEA at Valor Hospitality Partners, described the agreement as a significant step. “Being appointed to operate Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower is a powerful vote of confidence in Valor’s reputation for delivering bold, world-class hospitality,” he stated. “This landmark project with Accor and Al Feroz reflects our long-term commitment to the region and underscores our strength in managing complex, mixed-use developments in high-growth markets like Karachi.”

Valor currently manages over 90 hotels globally, with a presence spanning the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower will become a valuable addition to its growing Asia portfolio.

Maya Ziade, Chief Development Officer at Accor for the Middle East, Africa & Türkiye, noted that the project comes at a time of increasing demand for elevated guest experiences in Pakistan. “This milestone underscores the strength of our partnerships with owners and responds to the growing appetite for elevated guest experiences,” she said. “Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower will embody the brand’s hallmarks: contemporary design, vibrant social energy, innovative dining, and immersive cultural engagement.”

Nawaz Mahmood, Chief Operating Officer – Brentwood Hospitality, emphasised the local impact. “As demand surges for upscale, modern hospitality – including premium hotels, serviced apartments, and branded residences – Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower is set to redefine business and leisure travel in the city,” he said. “This landmark project will establish new industry benchmarks, generate employment opportunities, and elevate Karachi’s global stature.”

Expanding hospitality horizons

Pullman is currently present in over 40 countries, with more than 150 hotels in operation and over 60 more in the pipeline. The Karachi property reflects the brand’s latest push into South Asia, particularly in high-potential urban markets.

For Al Feroz Group, the development also marks the acceleration of its Brentwood Hospitality division, which aims to identify and develop prime urban sites across Pakistan. The group intends to pursue long-term collaborations with Valor and Accor in Karachi and beyond.
