Atif Aslam and Sami Yusuf unite for ‘Symphony of Stars’ in Abu Dhabi
Etihad Arena to host global icons in a one-of-a-kind live show
ABU DHABI – Two of the world’s most celebrated musical voices, Atif Aslam and Sami Yusuf, are set to join forces for the first time in a concert that promises to be nothing short of transcendent.
The highly anticipated Symphony of Stars: The Soulful Experience will take place at the Etihad Arena, Yas Island, on 7th November 2025, offering audiences an immersive night of soul, spirituality, and orchestral splendour.
Presented by Blu Blood, this year’s edition marks a global premiere, bringing together Pakistan’s beloved pop sensation Atif Aslam and the British-Iranian world music pioneer Sami Yusuf. The event follows last year’s sold-out concert, which drew thousands of fans, and this year’s show aims to raise the bar with a setlist blending emotional resonance, cultural depth, and spiritual reflection.

Atif Aslam, one of South Asia’s most adored performers, is no stranger to the UAE stage. Known for his mesmerising voice and heartfelt performances, Aslam has performed to sold-out crowds across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, earning a devoted international following. The 41-year-old singer-songwriter first rose to fame with the hit Aadat and went on to release chart-topping albums including Jal Pari (2004), Doorie (2006), and Meri Kahani (2008). His iconic songs – Tera Hone Laga Hoon, Jeene Laga Hoon, Dil Diyan Gallan, and Tajdar-e-Haram – have become anthems of love and devotion.
At Etihad Arena, Aslam will deliver a stripped-back, acoustic set, reimagining his classics with an intimate and emotional approach. Fans can expect unplugged renditions that blend nostalgia with contemporary flair, offering a glimpse into his evolving artistry and message of unity.
Sharing the stage will be Sami Yusuf, the British composer, multi-instrumentalist, and globally acclaimed artist known for pioneering a genre of spiritually infused world music. Born in Tehran and raised in London, Yusuf’s work bridges East and West, fusing classical motifs with traditional instrumentation. His repertoire spans multiple languages and cultures, featuring pieces such as Nasimi, Existentia, Ya Nabi, and The Wine of Love.
Yusuf’s performances are known to transcend the typical concert experience. With intricate compositions and profound lyrical themes, his music explores spirituality, beauty, and the human connection to the divine – an approach that has earned him millions of admirers across continents.
Symphony of Stars
The event, titled Symphony of Stars: The Soulful Experience, is set to transform Etihad Arena into a sanctuary of sound and meaning. Audiences can expect a meticulously curated setlist combining the spiritual power of Sufi soul with orchestral and contemporary elements, creating an atmosphere of peace and reflection.
Doors open at 7:30 pm, with the performance beginning at 9:00 pm. Tickets are now available through etihadarena.ae and Platinumlist. Prices range from Dh200 to Dh5,000, offering various seating tiers.
All ticket prices include VAT, and guests are advised to book early due to the high demand for both artists’ shows.
Entry and venue access
There is no age restriction for the concert, though anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or above. Children under two years of age can enter free of charge but must sit with their parent or guardian.
Etihad Arena enforces strict venue policies: large bags (over 30×30×15 cm) are not permitted, and there are no cloakroom facilities. Photography, videography, and phone recordings during the performance are prohibited. All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and identity checks may be conducted at the gate.
Access for people of determination is available, and wheelchair-accessible seating can be booked via the official ticketing platforms. Strollers, however, are not allowed inside the venue, though designated stroller parking areas will be available.
How to get there
Located on Yas Island, Etihad Arena is easily reachable by car, taxi, or public transport.
- By car: The arena is accessible via major routes including Sheikh Zayed Road, with clear signage directing drivers to Yas Bay. On-site parking is available but may fill quickly, so early arrival is recommended.
- By public transport: The nearest bus stop is Al Matar Al Qadeem, about 800 metres from the venue, offering convenient access from various parts of Abu Dhabi.
- By taxi: Visitors can also opt for taxis, as the arena is a well-known destination and familiar to most local drivers.
