DUBAI – Dubai’s skyline centrepiece is now more accessible, with a limited-time ticket offer allowing UAE residents to visit Burj Khalifa for just Dh99 throughout April.

The promotion significantly reduces the cost of entry to one of the city’s most sought-after attractions, drawing renewed attention to its observation decks.

Known globally as the tallest structure ever built, the tower continues to anchor Downtown Dubai’s tourism landscape with its striking height and panoramic vantage points. Rising 828 metres and spanning 163 floors, the Burj Khalifa has held the record as the world’s tallest building since its completion in 2010.

Its observation experience, branded as At The Top, remains a staple on Dubai itineraries, offering uninterrupted views of the emirate’s skyline, coastline and desert beyond.

Ticket offer

The Dh99 ticket is available exclusively to UAE residents who book online via the official At The Top website. To unlock the discounted rate, users must apply the promotional code SAVE100 at checkout. The offer applies to visits made throughout April, with no restrictions on the time of entry, allowing visitors to plan their experience at their convenience.

The reduced ticket grants access to levels 124 and 125, typically included under the standard “silver” category. This marks a notable price drop compared to usual rates for the same experience, particularly during peak visiting hours.

Visitor experience

Guests travelling to level 124 are transported via one of the world’s fastest double-decker elevators, reaching a height of approximately 452 metres above ground in under a minute. Once at the top, visitors can explore indoor viewing galleries and step out onto an open-air terrace that offers sweeping 360-degree views.

The observation decks also feature interactive displays, designated photography spots and a retail section offering souvenirs. Before ascending, visitors pass through an immersive presentation detailing the construction, design and global significance of the Burj Khalifa.

Entry details

All ticket holders are required to present a valid Emirates ID or passport that matches the booking at the time of entry. The attraction’s entrance is located on the ground floor of Dubai Mall, which serves as the primary access point for At The Top experiences.

The limited-time offer coincides with a broader push to attract residents to revisit key landmarks. Seasonal promotions across Dubai’s major attractions continue to provide reduced pricing, encouraging both repeat visits and new experiences within the city.
