Alef Group awards Dh750m contracts as Hayyan nears completion phase in Sharjah
Over 700 homes to be delivered in final stage
SHARJAH – Alef Group has awarded construction contracts worth Dh750 million to advance the final phase of its flagship Hayyan development in Sharjah.
The announcement marks a major milestone for the project, with 97 percent of its inventory already sold, reflecting sustained demand and strong investor confidence in the emirate’s property market.
The concluding phase is set to deliver more than 700 residential units.

The contracts cover the development of the Samr 1, Samr 2, and Deem residential clusters, alongside key community assets including the Hayyan mall, clubhouse, and extensive landscaping works. The move signals the transition into full-scale execution of the project’s last stage.
According to Alef Group, the milestone reinforces its development momentum and disciplined delivery strategy. Ayman Alhammadi, Senior Vice President of Projects Delivery, stated that steady progress across residential and community components reflects confidence in both the project’s trajectory and Sharjah’s evolving real estate sector.
