DUBAI: VFS Global's Education, Trade & Migration (VFS ETM) Services, in collaboration with Rayad Group, has launched immigration advisory services for the UAE Golden Visa in India.

The service aims to simplify the application process for eligible Indian residents seeking 10-year residency in the United Arab Emirates through a government nomination scheme. Applicants are not required to invest in property or open a business in the UAE to qualify.

The services can be accessed via a dedicated helpline at +91-22-62018483 or online through VFS ETM’s portal. Individuals such as business owners, entrepreneurs, scientists, creatives, influencers, and professionals may apply under this category.

Successful applicants are also entitled to sponsor family members including spouses, children (irrespective of age), parents, and household staff, enabling them to live in the UAE under the same long-term residency scheme.

AI-driven support

This initiative marks the first rollout from the Centre of Excellence jointly established by VFS ETM and Rayad Group in New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. These centres will use a blend of Generative AI technology and legal consultancy to assist clients through complex immigration procedures.

Founded in 1994, Rayad Group specialises in global immigration and legal advisory, offering services related to the UAE Golden Visa, U.S. EB-5 investment programmes, and citizenship-by-investment in over 45 countries. The collaboration leverages Rayad’s extensive experience and VFS Global’s operational scale.

VFS Global, a leader in outsourced government and citizen services, has processed over 461 million applications since 2001. It operates more than 3,800 Application Centres in 158 countries and partners with 69 governments.

“We believe there is strong demand for immigration advisory services, particularly for the UAE Golden Visa,” said Yummi Talwar, Chief Operating Officer – South Asia, VFS Global. “In line with our customer-first policy, we are delighted to roll out this solution that empowers applicants to get a sound understanding of the immigration process and take informed decisions.”

Growing UAE appeal

Rayad Kamal Ayub, Managing Director of Rayad Group, highlighted the UAE’s strong appeal among high-net-worth individuals. “The United Arab Emirates’ unique blend of economic stability, favourable tax policies, and luxurious living standards positions it as a premier destination. Its safety, political stability, world-class healthcare and education, and the Golden Visa initiative offer residents the opportunity to realise their aspirations,” he said.
