DUBAI – Dubai Mall, the world’s most visited shopping and lifestyle destination, has announced a spectacular addition to the global fashion calendar: the Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion.

Scheduled for January 29 and 30, 2026, the two-day celebration will bring together the most influential names in fashion, design, and creativity under one roof.

Over the course of the festival, twelve exclusive fashion masterclasses will take place across Dubai Mall’s venues, led by some of the world’s most renowned designers, trendsetters, and creative visionaries. The programme will offer rare behind-the-scenes access to global industry expertise and insights into future trends shaping the world of fashion.

Global awards night

The celebrations will culminate on January 30 with the Dubai Mall Global Fashion Awards at the Armani Hotel Dubai. The glittering ceremony will honour global and regional icons who have made outstanding contributions to fashion and design, marking one of the most anticipated fashion award nights in the region.

Dubai Mall, home to more than 200 luxury and fashion brands, continues to strengthen its status as the epicentre of global style. The new festival cements its reputation not only as a shopping haven but also as a cultural powerhouse that celebrates creativity and innovation.

A vision of style

A Dubai Mall spokesperson said: “As the most visited retail destination on earth, Dubai Mall has always been at the heart of culture, lifestyle, and luxury. With the Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion, we are proud to elevate our reputation as the centre of global fashion. This event will celebrate creativity, diversity, and the timeless appeal of style, while bringing together the brightest talents from around the world.”

The event is being organised in collaboration with Lana, the Arabic news platform known for redefining media engagement in the region. As part of the celebrations, Lana will release a special publication titled Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion, available across Dubai Mall from January 1, 2026. The exclusive edition will include behind-the-scenes coverage, profiles of featured designers, and a detailed festival guide.

The fashion capital

The festival will feature both invitation-only and public events, with ticketing and registration opening on November 1 via the Lana website and app.

Since opening in 2008, Dubai Mall has redefined global retail with more than 1,200 outlets, 200 international dining venues, and world-class attractions including the Dubai Aquarium, Underwater Zoo, Reel Cinemas’ 24-screen cineplex, Play DXB, KidZania Dubai, and Dubai Ice Rink. The addition of Fashion Avenue in 2018 further enhanced its global status as a symbol of luxury and innovation, reflecting Dubai’s position as one of the world’s leading fashion and tourism destinations.
