Ramadan Reflections
Returning to the hotel’s third-floor terrace, Ramadan Reflections offers an elegant al fresco environment overlooking the tranquil waters. As the sun sets, marking the moment of Iftar, guests are welcomed into an atmosphere defined by warmth, grace and elevated luxury. At the heart of the experience is a curated gourmet buffet celebrating traditional Ramadan favourites. Throughout the evening, the gentle sounds of a live oud performance fill the terrace, enhancing the sense of calm and reflection.
Guests begin with dates, dried fruits, traditional juices and nuts before indulging in an array of flavours. The buffet includes Arabic Lentil Soup served with freshly baked assorted breads, alongside cold mezze such as Hummus, Fattoush Salad and Warak Enab. Hot mezze offerings feature favourites including Spinach Fatayer, Cheese Sambousek and Meat Kibbeh. Live and grill stations present highlights such as Lamb Ouzi, Shawarma, Shish Tawook and Black Angus Striploin.
The main course spans both regional and international cuisines, offering dishes including Laban Ummo, Harra Fish, Moroccan Chicken, Stir-Fried Noodles, Paneer Butter Masala, Penne Alfredo and Roasted Potatoes. The evening concludes with an indulgent dessert selection, featuring classics such as Cheese Kunafa, Saffron Milk Cake, Chocolate Swiss Roll and an interactive Chocolate Fountain.

Ginori Terrace Iftar
This Ramadan, Ginori Terrace presents its first curated set-menu Iftar, offering a refined dining experience with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline and the Dubai Water Canal. The set menu provides a selection of flavours inspired by regional gastronomy, ideal for sharing the spirit of the holy month.
The evening begins with dates, dried fruits and Ramadan juices, followed by a selection of cold mezze including Hazelnut Hummus, Crushed Caramelised Butternut Squash, Batenjan Mutabbal, Muhammara, Labneh and Fattoush Salad. Hot mezze selections feature Cheese Sambousek, Lamb Kibbeh and Spinach Fatayer, accompanied by freshly baked Zaatar and Halloumi Cheese Manakish.
A comforting Arabic Lentil Soup precedes the main course, which presents an Arabic Mixed Grill comprising Kofta, Shish Tawook and marinated Lamb Chops, served alongside a traditional Arabic salad. The Iftar concludes with a selection of classic Ramadan sweets, including Umm Ali, Kunafa and seasonal fruits, offering a decadent finale to the evening.
