DUBAI – Dubai’s luxury real estate and lifestyle sector has gained a new international publication with the launch of GG Magazine by Engel & Völkers in the emirate.

The globally recognised quarterly magazine officially debuted in Dubai with Edition 2/26, titled “The Hand Made Issue”, marking the publication’s entry into one of the world’s fastest-growing hubs for wealth, design and investment.

For nearly four decades, GG Magazine has delivered editorial content centred on architecture, fashion, travel, art and influential personalities to a carefully curated international readership. Published in five languages including English, German, Spanish, Italian and French, the magazine distributes around 275,000 copies per issue across more than 30 countries.

The launch reflects Engel & Völkers’ broader push to strengthen its lifestyle and editorial presence in the Middle East, particularly among globally mobile and high-net-worth audiences increasingly drawn to Dubai.

Crafted stories

The first Dubai edition places craftsmanship, individuality and creativity at the centre of its editorial direction. “The Hand Made Issue” explores the role of human expression in a world shaped by automation and technology, featuring stories spanning architecture, luxury engineering and contemporary design.

Hollywood actor Pierce Brosnan fronts the cover story, sharing insights into his passion for painting and the influence art has had on his personal and professional life. The issue also highlights creators and innovators across several industries, examining how craftsmanship continues to shape luxury experiences globally.

Diana Džaka Bičo, Chief Marketing Officer at Engel & Völkers Middle East, described Dubai as a natural home for the publication because of its blend of innovation, ambition and lifestyle.

She said GG Magazine goes beyond showcasing premium properties by creating a more editorially driven connection with readers while acting as a “global guide” for its audience.

The publication is primarily distributed through the Engel & Völkers international network, with advisors personally presenting copies to clients and prospects worldwide. In Dubai, GG Magazine will also be available at selected luxury venues including premium hotels, private lounges and exclusive hospitality destinations.

Alongside editorial features, the magazine includes a curated portfolio of luxury properties and yachts marketed through Engel & Völkers. Featured properties are selected based on architectural quality, uniqueness and design integrity, aligning with the expectations of affluent buyers and investors seeking exclusive assets worldwide.
