ABU DHABI: With summer temperatures climbing across the UAE, Ting Irie Abu Dhabi is offering a vibrant escape from the heat with two signature indoor experiences: the JamRock Brunch every Saturday and 3 Likkle Birds Ladies Night every Wednesday.
Located in Mamsha Al Saadiyat, this beachfront Jamaican restaurant transforms its fully air-conditioned indoor space into a Caribbean hideaway, inviting guests to beat the heat with bold flavours, lively beats, and unlimited beverages.
As the capital’s only Jamaican restaurant, Ting Irie delivers an authentic taste of island life right in the heart of the Cultural District. The venue is renowned for its vibrant décor, flavour-packed menus, and high-energy atmosphere. This summer, it doubles down on cool fun indoors, ensuring the celebration continues in comfort.
Midweek island vibes
Every Wednesday, 3 Likkle Birds Ladies Night welcomes women to indulge in a relaxed evening featuring a two-course set menu and three hours of unlimited selected drinks. The menu is divided into ‘Likkle Tings’ (starters) and ‘Big Tings’ (mains), drawing inspiration from traditional Caribbean cuisine.
Guests can enjoy starters like Oxtail Coco Buns, Flamin’ Wings, Pepper Shrimps, Rasta Green Salad, and Jerk Hummus, followed by hearty mains such as Jerk Chicken, Curried Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Veggie Curry, and the classic Callaloo & Saltfish. For those seeking something extra, the Queen’s Bubbles Package includes Prosecco and Rosé Wine.
Men are also invited to join in with the King’s Feast Package, which includes a Likkle Ting, a Big Ting, dessert, and three hours of free-flowing beverages. Popular dishes like Rasta Pasta and Oxtail paired with decadent cheesecake round off the evening in true Caribbean fashion.
Weekend brunch bash
The JamRock Brunch, held every Saturday from 2 PM to 6 PM, blends the rhythm of reggae, dancehall, and soca with a three-course island-inspired feast. Guests can savour dishes such as Jamaican Patties, Ackee and Saltfish, Oxtail and Beans, and Curried Chicken—all served with unlimited drinks for three hours.
The brunch offers two main options: Dh199 for house beverages and Dh299 for premium drinks. A Dh145 drinks-only package is also available upon request. Set against the upbeat backdrop of live DJs and a stylish indoor space, the brunch promises a beach-club feel without stepping into the sun.
All about Ting Irie
Opened in 2022, Ting Irie Pon Di Beach is the Abu Dhabi outpost of the popular Dubai-based Jamaican restaurant and lounge. It offers a dual-floor experience: a relaxed beachside restaurant on the main floor and the high-energy BaamBoomRuum upstairs, hosting everything from comedy nights to DJ sets.
The venue sources Caribbean ingredients directly from Jamaica, including Scotch Bonnet Peppers and Pimento seeds, while working with local farms for organic produce and meats.
