Summer travel 2026: Visa-free, visa-on-arrival and restricted countries for Pakistani passport holders
34 destinations offer easier entry options
DUBAI – Pakistanis planning holidays during the summer travel season have a choice of dozens of destinations that offer easier entry without obtaining a traditional visa before departure.
Depending on the destination, travellers can enter visa-free, receive a visa on arrival, or apply for an electronic travel authorisation (eTA) or e-Visa.
According to the latest 2026 global passport mobility rankings, the Pakistani passport is ranked 101st worldwide and provides access to 34 destinations through visa-free, visa-on-arrival or electronic entry arrangements. While international mobility remains limited compared with the world's strongest passports, travellers still have several options across Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific.
Visa-free destinations
Travellers can enter these countries using a valid Pakistani passport, subject to local immigration requirements:

- Cook Islands
- Dominica
- Haiti
- Micronesia (Federated States of)
- Montserrat
- Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
- Trinidad and Tobago
- Vanuatu
Visa on arrival destinations
These countries issue visas upon arrival at the airport or border crossing, although travellers may need to pay a fee or present supporting documents.

Turkey and Georgia also offer simplified entry procedures or electronic visa options for Pakistani travellers holding a valid or previously used US, UK or Schengen visa. Similar facilitation may also apply for travel to Qatar under certain conditions.
