DUBAI: Emirates has announced the launch of a complimentary coach service for Economy Class passengers flying to and from Clark International Airport (CRK) in the Philippines, beginning today.
The new initiative aims to streamline travel for passengers commuting between Metro Manila and Pampanga by offering a seamless, no-cost ground transport option.
This exclusive service will operate between Trinoma in Quezon City and Clark International Airport, with designated pick-up and drop-off points at the New Genesis P2P Trinoma Bus Terminal (code: TRP) and CRK. It is available only to passengers holding valid Emirates-issued tickets, with ticket numbers starting with 176.
Booking requirements
To use the shuttle, passengers must confirm their coach booking at least 48 hours before departure. Only those with prior reservation and valid tickets will be permitted to board. When booking flights on the Emirates website, travellers must select Trinoma (TRP) as their departure or arrival city to ensure the shuttle is automatically added to their itinerary.
Those purchasing tickets through travel agents or Emirates offices should request the agent to include the Trinoma (TRP) bus before the ticket is issued. Other conditions may apply.
Expanding services
This new service is part of Emirates' broader efforts to enhance accessibility for its Filipino customers, particularly those based in Metro Manila and surrounding regions. The move is expected to ease the journey to Clark International Airport, offering greater convenience to travellers.
Emirates has been operating in the Philippines since 1990 and currently runs 28 weekly flights to and from the country, providing around 22,700 weekly seats. These services link the Philippines with over 140 destinations worldwide through the airline’s extensive global network.
Earlier in the year, Emirates signed a strategic agreement with the Department of Tourism Philippines to boost inbound tourism. Additionally, the airline inked a Memorandum of Understanding with Philippine Airlines to explore enhanced cooperation in both passenger and cargo operations.
