Etihad launches summer fare sale with up to 30pc discount
Abu Dhabi carrier offers reduced fares to Europe, Asia and beach hotspots
ABU DHABI – Etihad Airways has launched a limited-time global fare sale from Abu Dhabi, offering discounted Economy fares to more than 40 destinations across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The promotion provides savings of up to 30 per cent on selected routes, targeting peak summer travel demand.
The booking window remains open until May 14, with travel valid from June 1 to October 15, 2026.
Destinations
The offer spans Etihad’s seasonal network, featuring a mix of European beach escapes, cultural hubs and long-haul leisure spots. Among the highlighted destinations are Malaga and Palma de Mallorca in Spain’s Balearic region, alongside the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini, both consistently popular with UAE holidaymakers.
The promotion also includes Kraków in Poland, known for its historic old town, and Nice on the French Riviera, a perennial summer favourite. In the Middle East and beyond, Salalah in Oman attracts travellers during the khareef monsoon season, while Zanzibar City offers tropical beaches and the UNESCO-listed Stone Town.
The airline said demand for such destinations typically rises ahead of Eid Al Adha and the school summer break.
Offer window
The discounted fares are available via the airline’s official website and through approved travel agents, with no specific route pricing disclosed in the announcement. The booking period closes on May 14, while travel is permitted between June 1 and October 15, 2026.
The carrier continues to expand its international footprint, recently signing a codeshare agreement with Air Cambodia to improve access to Southeast Asia, including travel links towards Angkor Wat. It has also announced new African routes to destinations such as Ghana, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Eritrea, reinforcing its long-term growth strategy.
