KLM cancels Dubai flights until March 28 amid Middle East tensions
Dutch airline cites regional security concerns behind temporary suspension
DUBAI – KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has cancelled all flights to Dubai until March 28 as the airline continues monitoring security developments across the Middle East.
The Dutch carrier confirmed the decision was taken as a precaution amid ongoing regional tensions.
Passengers affected by the cancellations will be contacted by the airline regarding alternative travel arrangements.
Flight suspension
The airline said travellers can rebook their tickets free of charge or request refunds through the My Trip service.
KLM also confirmed that services to Riyadh and Dammam will not operate until at least March 12.
Passenger assistance
The airline said it remains in close contact with authorities and continues to monitor the situation closely.
KLM also noted it is coordinating with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where necessary to support stranded travellers.
Passengers will be informed as soon as new information becomes available regarding the resumption of services.
