DUBAI: This summer, the Museum of the Future is set to become the ultimate cultural destination, unveiling a series of limited-time experiences alongside a newly launched all-access Summer Pass for Dh229.

Running from 1 July to 30 September 2025, the pass allows guests unlimited museum visits and access to a curated schedule of unique activations designed to inspire, educate and entertain.

From meeting astronauts to participating in early-morning yoga or lighting up the museum's iconic façade, this immersive summer season reflects the museum’s commitment to innovation, wellness and creativity. Summer Pass holders will benefit from exclusive entry to seasonal programmes as well as never-before-seen areas of the building.

Meet an Astronaut

Among the most anticipated highlights is the ‘Meet an Astronaut’ series, taking place on 14 and 21 July. On these two space-themed days, guests can interact directly with real-life astronauts from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC), gaining insights into the UAE’s ambitious space exploration journey.

Visitors will also be able to engage with experts from the UAE Space Programme and explore exhibits that bridge the present with the future of aerospace innovation.

Capture the Future

For photography enthusiasts, the ‘Capture the Future’ guided tours begin on 14 July, led by the museum’s own creative team. These early-morning sessions will offer a rare opportunity to explore and photograph the museum’s most visually striking locations before public opening hours.

Participants will receive expert tips on composition and visual storytelling, gaining a fresh perspective on the architectural marvel that is the Museum of the Future.

Wellness weekends

Adding a tranquil dimension to the summer calendar, ‘Wellness Weekends’ at Al Waha will run from 19 July to 29 August. These weekend sessions include yoga and meditation led by renowned instructors, creating a calm space for reflection and rejuvenation within the museum’s immersive setting.

Light the Future

In a first-of-its-kind interactive experience, ‘Light the Future’ invites a select number of guests to illuminate the museum’s façade. This unforgettable moment allows participants to become part of the museum’s history by symbolically lighting up its iconic exterior.

The experience embodies the museum’s vision of encouraging personal connection with innovation and architecture.

Behind-the-scenes access

Visitors will also be granted unprecedented access to the museum’s operational and architectural core through exclusive behind-the-scenes tours. These tours, offered for the first time this summer, reveal the inner workings that keep the futuristic landmark alive – from back-of-house logistics to architectural systems.

Additional experiences, including Audi test drives, poetry readings and book launches, will roll out throughout the season, with updates shared on the museum’s website and social media platforms.
