Every Saturday, from 12:30PM to 4PM, the hidden gem inside Novotel Dubai Al Barsha transforms into a high-energy spectacle of theatrical mixology, bold flavours, and live entertainment. With a fusion of flamboyance and food, this brunch promises more than just a meal – it’s an experience.
From the moment guests walk in, the atmosphere is electric. A live percussionist keeps the beat while dancers and a resident DJ serve up non-stop Bollywood tracks. Guests can expect surprises throughout the afternoon – think drinking roulette stations, interactive party props, and immersive acts that make the crowd part of the performance.
What’s on the menu?
The set menu is served sharing-style and showcases modern Indian flavours with a creative twist. Dishes include Truffle Mushroom Galouti, Dhungaar Butter Chicken, Chemeen Curry, and the indulgent Tres Leches Ras Malai. Flying Elephant’s culinary vision blends nostalgia with innovation, reinterpreting classic recipes with flair.
Drinks with a twist?
On the drinks front, signature cocktails play the starring role. Guests can sip on the Old Fashioned Delhi, Spiced Paloma, and Citrus Veil, among others, alongside free-flowing spirits and wine for those opting for the alcohol package.
Packages are priced at Dh245 for the soft drinks option and Dh399 for the alcohol package. Bookings made via Entertainer are eligible for a buy-one-get-one-free offer, adding extra value to this immersive afternoon out.
