Meraas unveils The Edit at d3, a new chapter for waterfront living in Dubai
New canalfront towers introduce 557 homes with sky gardens and wellness areas
DUBAI – Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has launched The Edit at d3, a new residential development designed to elevate canalfront living at Dubai Design District.
Rising along the Dubai Canal promenade, the project cements d3’s role as a growing hub for contemporary architecture, design culture and creative industries.
The development neighbours the recently launched Atélis at d3, further expanding the district’s residential footprint.
The Edit
Comprising 557 residences, The Edit at d3 offers one- to four-bedroom apartments and signature penthouses set within three sculptural towers. Each tower is shaped with softened edges, curved corners and fluid balcony lines, creating a distinctive architectural presence along the waterfront.
Inside, elevated sky gardens draw daylight and greenery deep into the buildings, forming landscaped terraces, quiet wellness pockets and social lounges suspended above the promenade. These design elements reflect Meraas’ ambition to create homes that integrate natural light, outdoor spaces and contemporary aesthetics.
Lifestyle spaces
Residents will have access to a comprehensive mix of amenities, including resort-style pools, co-working and creative studios, family zones, kids’ play areas and a health club with yoga and fitness rooms. Additional features include gaming lounges and a private cinema. Direct access to d3’s waterfront walkways links the development to galleries, cafés, ateliers and design-focused retail.

The launch comes as d3 prepares for a major expansion, which will increase the district’s built-up area by around 500,000 sqft, adding new cultural spaces, creative sectors and dining destinations. The Edit at d3 positions future residents within one of the region’s most rapidly growing design communities.
