ABU DHABI – As the city cools down, the dining scene at InterContinental Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences is heating up.
Home to 14 distinctive venues, including several award-winning concepts, this beachfront destination blends global flavours, local favourites, and immersive dining experiences. From marina views to live entertainment and reimagined brunches, this season’s culinary line-up is designed to impress.
Here’s what’s on the menu from October to December 2025.
Marina Brunch
The new Marina Brunch at Marina Walk sets the stage for Abu Dhabi’s ultimate weekend experience. This lively event celebrates international cuisine, live music, and breathtaking marina views, featuring signature dishes from InterContinental Abu Dhabi’s award-winning restaurants.
The brunch launches on 25 October and runs every Saturday from 1 PM to 4 PM.
Oktoberfest at Belgian Café Abu Dhabi
Until 23 October, the Belgian Café brings the spirit of Oktoberfest to the capital. Guests can enjoy Bavarian-inspired dishes, upbeat entertainment, and picturesque marina views.
Beverages start from Dh40, starters from Dh40, and mains from Dh75, all served in the friendly, bustling atmosphere that defines this popular venue.
Fishmarket
More than just a restaurant, Fishmarket is a culinary institution in Abu Dhabi. Established in 1989, this homegrown gem redefined seafood dining with its market-style concept – guests select their fresh catch, and the chefs create dishes with Thai-inspired flair.
With its beachfront location and authentic approach, Fishmarket continues to deliver one of the city’s most memorable seafood experiences.
Byblos Sur Mer
Overlooking the marina, Byblos Sur Mer is a three-time MICHELIN Guide-selected Lebanese restaurant celebrated for its warm hospitality and festive energy. Guests can enjoy fresh mezze, sizzling seafood, and the vibrant spirit of Levantine cuisine.
Weekends feature live Arabic entertainment, while the Sunday Brunch presents modern takes on traditional dishes in a refined, relaxed setting.
Cho Gao Marina Walk
Award-winning Cho Gao Marina Walk takes modern Asian dining to new heights. Guests can embark on a journey through the flavours of the East with a refreshed, fully à la carte menu. Highlights include hand-folded dim sum, crisp bao buns, wok-tossed favourites, and signature seafood creations.
Each dish is designed for sharing and paired with expertly crafted cocktails. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 5 PM to 12 AM, Cho Gao remains a favourite for those seeking bold flavours and elegant ambience.
Chamas Churrascaria
At Chamas Churrascaria, the rhythm of Brazil comes alive in 18 succulent cuts of meat. This all-you-can-eat dining concept pairs tableside churrasco with live Latin music and themed nights.
Signature offerings include tender picanha, lamb chops, and marinated chicken – carved to order and served with flair, capturing the essence of Brazilian dining culture.
Porto Gina
Nestled beside the marina, Porto Gina brings the warmth of coastal Italy to Abu Dhabi. Its menu celebrates simplicity and heart through wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and regional classics.
Guests can enjoy live jazz every Sunday, while the daily aperitivo hour offers sunset bites and spritzes in a relaxed, waterside atmosphere.
