The inaugural FAB cycling festival come to Abu Dhabi
Three-day festival set to take place at iconic health and wellness destination Al Hudayriyat Island from 26 to 28 April 2024
Abu Dhabi: A fun-filled weekend is about to begin with the inaugural FAB Cycling Festival, which will be held from 26 to April 28 on Al Hudayriyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The three-day celebration of this excitement-rich festival is also a testament to the spirit of community, wellness, and active living.
Festival highlights
- Spectator Events: Witness thrilling BMX trick shows, cheer on participants in an exciting criterium race, attend workshops, meet professional cyclists, and engage in informative Q&A sessions.
- Participant Events: Experience the thrill of cycling firsthand. Learn-to-Ride Taster Sessions for the Little Ones, Cycling Masterclasses, Mountain Bike and E-bike Taster Sessions, MyWhoosh indoor racing, Spin Classes, Corporate and School Challenges, and more.
- Family Fun: Families can enjoy various activities, including a kids' cycling obstacle course, live bands and singers, rooftop yoga sessions, tree planting, delicious cuisine from food trucks, a kid's zone, and daily raffle draws.

The FAB Cycling Festival will welcome thousands of spectators and participants over three days. With its diverse range of events and activities, the festival seeks to fill a gap in the Abu Dhabi cycling calendar, providing a unique opportunity for individuals to learn, take part, and embrace a more active lifestyle.

Timings
The FAB Cycling Festival will take place from 2.00 pm to 8.00pm on Friday, April 26, and from 8.00 am to 8.00pm on Saturday, April 27, and Sunday, April 28. Everyone is free to enter the event. Registration is required to take part in certain events.
