DUBAI – This summer, Mausam introduces a specially curated Mango Mahotsav Menu, bringing together India’s rich culinary traditions and the seasonal appeal of the King of Fruits.

Available throughout June 2026, the limited-time menu highlights both ripe Alphonso mangoes and tangy raw mangoes across a wide spectrum of dishes. The concept draws inspiration from regional Indian cooking styles, blending familiar comfort with inventive seasonal pairings.

Positioned within Dubai Mall, the dining experience reflects the restaurant’s vibrant identity and seasonal approach to cuisine. The menu spans appetisers, mains and desserts, designed to showcase mango in both traditional and contemporary forms.

Starter flavours

The culinary journey opens with vibrant small plates that highlight contrasting mango profiles. The Aam Kosambari combines raw mango with soaked moong dal, coconut and curry leaves, delivering a refreshing southern Indian-inspired salad. Alongside it, the Mango Kachori presents a layered chaat-style preparation topped with sprouts, chutneys and mango yoghurt, creating a balance of spice and sweetness.

Further appetisers include Alphonso Paneer Tikka, where paneer is paired with mango chunda, labneh and raw mango salsa. The Aam Papad Jhinga adds a coastal influence, featuring crispy prawns served with sweet mango chilli chutney. Each dish brings a distinct regional influence while retaining mango as the central ingredient.

Main course

The main selection expands the celebration with hearty and aromatic dishes rooted in Indian comfort cooking. Desi Aam Ras Poori pairs chilled mango pulp with golden fried pooris, offering a nostalgic seasonal favourite. Mango Malai Kofta delivers a creamy preparation where dumplings are enriched with mango-based gravy.

Seafood takes centre stage with Mango Meen Curry, where seabass is simmered in coconut, kokum and raw mango curry, reflecting coastal Indian flavours. Raw Mango Pulao adds fragrance to the spread, combining basmati rice, ghee and raw mango for a subtle tang that runs through every bite.

Sweet finish

Desserts bring the experience to a mango-forward conclusion with indulgent interpretations of classic sweets. Mango Kulfi Falooda layers homemade mango kulfi with rabdi and fresh fruit, offering a chilled summer favourite. Mango Milk Cake introduces soft layers infused with mango milk and rabree, creating a dense and creamy texture.

The menu is part of the wider culinary vision of Emaar Hospitality Group, which continues to highlight seasonal dining concepts across its venues. Mango Mahotsav is available à la carte, with dishes starting from Dh 40, and reservations can be made via +971 4 438 4001 or emaarhospitalitypr@meansdesign.ae, alongside updates shared on @mausamdubai.
