Dubai set to shine at GITEX EUROPE x Ai Everything 2025
Cutting-edge technologies from UAE to be featured at Messe Berlin event
DUBAI is gearing up for a significant presence at GITEX EUROPE x Ai Everything 2025, taking place at Messe Berlin from 21st to 23rd May.
Spearheaded by Digital Dubai, the city will present a joint pavilion featuring 12 prominent government and private entities. The initiative underscores Dubai’s global leadership in digital transformation and aims to facilitate meaningful interaction and knowledge exchange with international tech stakeholders.
As the organiser of the Dubai Pavilion, Digital Dubai seeks to spotlight the city’s cutting-edge digital infrastructure and technological advancements. The event, launched at GITEX GLOBAL 2023 in Dubai – the world’s largest technology event brand – has expanded to Europe as part of a broader strategy to strengthen global tech alliances across regions including Germany, Morocco, Nigeria, Singapore, Thailand, the UAE, and Vietnam.
Dubai Pavilion
The Dubai Pavilion will include: Digital Dubai, Dubai Police, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs, Dubai Civil Defence, DIFC Courts, Dubai Electronic Security Center, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai Customs, Dubai Future Foundation, and Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre. In addition, e& and Emaratech will take part as Platinum Partners.
Commenting on the participation, Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director General of Digital Dubai, said, “Global engagement has always been a cornerstone of Dubai’s digital transformation journey. Our leadership has consistently affirmed that Dubai’s experience is a model to be shared with the world, and we are pleased to present our achievements at GITEX EUROPE – offering insights that others can benefit from and build upon globally.”

Smart services on display
Among the flagship offerings is Dubai Dashboard, a unified city-wide interface powered by artificial intelligence that gives decision-makers real-time access to data and indicators across city sectors. The dashboard uses machine learning to forecast trends and visualise potential impacts on sectors from both local and global developments.
Dubai Monitor is another highlight, utilising AI to analyse incoming data in real time. The platform detects anomalies, tracks patterns, and correlates insights with current events, offering a dynamic visual interface that updates continuously.
The DubaiFAL platform will also be featured, offering an interactive dashboard that captures and analyses public sentiment about the city and its services. Through multidimensional sentiment analysis, it provides policymakers with a deeper understanding of public feedback.
Innovative applications
Dubai will further showcase Smart Employee, an AI-driven HR app serving over 76,000 employees across 76 government departments. The app integrates with 62 key systems and offers over 200 services, streamlining HR functions including leave requests, performance monitoring, task delegation, and internal communications. The app is designed to reduce administrative processing time by up to 95%.
Another major platform is DubaiNow, which consolidates more than 320 city services from over 50 government and private sector organisations into a single digital gateway. From paying bills to renewing licences, the app offers a comprehensive suite of essential services at users’ fingertips.
UAE PASS, the secure digital identity system, will also be featured at the Dubai Pavilion. Enabling facial recognition-based authentication, digital signature capabilities, and secure sharing of documents, UAE PASS currently connects to services from 358 entities – 60 federal bodies, 173 local government authorities, and 125 private organisations – collectively providing over 15,000 digital services.
GITEX EUROPE x Ai Everything 2025 marks the European chapter of the globally expanding GITEX brand, which brings together innovators, decision-makers, and government leaders from across continents. Its Berlin edition aims to bridge Europe with the Middle East, Africa, and Asia in building future-forward digital ecosystems.
