Emirates Skywards and Jet2.com unlock new flight rewards across 75 leisure destinations
New redemption options enhance flexibility for UK-based frequent travellers
DUBAI – Emirates Skywards has announced a new partnership with Jet2.com, giving members of the loyalty programme access to flight rewards across more than 75 leisure, city and ski destinations served by the UK airline.
The collaboration further expands Emirates Skywards’ growing portfolio in the UK, offering members greater flexibility and more ways to use their Miles on popular short-haul routes. With redemption options starting from 8,000 Skywards Miles, the partnership is designed to complement long-haul Emirates travel with convenient European connections.
The agreement allows Emirates Skywards members to redeem Miles on Jet2.com-operated flights, opening up a wide range of destinations across Europe, the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Canary Islands. Jet2.com is the UK’s third largest airline by passenger numbers and operates from 13 UK airport bases, with services from London Gatwick set to commence in March 2026. By linking Skywards Miles to Jet2.com’s leisure-focused network, the partnership enhances the end-to-end travel experience for UK-based members.
Expanded access
The UK remains one of Emirates Skywards’ most important markets, and the addition of Jet2.com strengthens the programme’s appeal for travellers seeking both long-haul and short-haul rewards. Members can now use their Miles not only for Emirates and flydubai flights, but also for Jet2.com services to high-demand holiday destinations.

In addition to flight tickets, Skywards Miles can be redeemed on Jet2.com for a range of travel extras, including meals, additional baggage allowance and preferred seat selection. This flexibility allows members to tailor their journeys while using Miles to cover multiple elements of their trip. The partnership is particularly relevant for leisure travellers who value simplicity and value when booking European holidays.
Dr Nejib Ben Khedher, Divisional Senior Vice President of Emirates Skywards, said the collaboration reflects the programme’s continued focus on choice and value. He noted that the UK is a top market for Skywards and highlighted the opportunity for members to redeem Miles on popular holiday routes served by Jet2.com, alongside added benefits such as baggage and seat options.
Value in miles
Redemptions on Jet2.com flights start from 8,000 Skywards Miles, including all fees and charges, though the exact number of Miles required varies depending on ticket fares. This entry-level redemption threshold makes it easier for members to use Miles earned on long-haul Emirates flights for short breaks or seasonal travel within Europe.
The partnership also illustrates how Skywards Miles can be earned on premium long-haul journeys and then redeemed for leisure-focused European flights. For example, a member travelling with Emirates from London to Sydney via Dubai on a roundtrip Premium Economy Flex Plus ticket can earn around 18,000 Miles. Those Miles can then be fully redeemed for a Jet2.com roundtrip flight from London Stansted to Majorca in Spain, subject to fare conditions.
Similarly, Emirates Skywards members booking two roundtrip Business Class Flex flights from Manchester to Dubai can earn approximately 21,000 Miles. These Miles may be redeemed on a Jet2.com roundtrip flight from Manchester to Salzburg in Austria, supporting winter travel and ski holidays within Europe. These examples underline the programme’s ability to link premium intercontinental travel with accessible leisure rewards closer to home.
UK focus
Emirates Skywards has more than 37 million members worldwide, with its largest membership base located in the UK. Members have multiple opportunities to earn Miles beyond flying, including shopping at The Bicester Village, purchasing through the Skywards Miles Mall, booking hotel stays with Emirates Skywards Hotels, Marriott Bonvoy and ALL Accor, and reserving holiday packages with Emirates Holidays.
The programme also partners with 20 airlines, enabling members to earn and redeem Miles with carriers such as United, Air Canada, TAP Portugal and Qantas on routes from the UK to destinations worldwide. The addition of Jet2.com strengthens this partner ecosystem by focusing specifically on short-haul leisure demand, an area of strong growth among UK travellers.
Doug Turner, General Manager of 3rd Party Supply & Distribution at Jet2.com, said the partnership allows the airline to reach new customers while offering Emirates Skywards members access to its award-winning service and extensive leisure network.
Loyalty strength
In 2025, Emirates Skywards was named ‘Best Global Airline Loyalty Program’ at the International Loyalty Awards, reinforcing its position as one of the industry’s leading schemes. The programme offers four membership tiers Blue, Silver, Gold and Platinum, each providing progressively enhanced privileges and benefits.
Members can earn and spend Skywards Miles across a broad range of categories, including flights with Emirates and partner airlines, cabin upgrades, hotel stays, retail shopping and exclusive experiences. The new Jet2.com partnership adds another dimension to these benefits, aligning a global loyalty programme with one of the UK’s most prominent leisure airlines.
Jet2.com operates scheduled holiday flights and forms part of Jet2 plc, which also includes Jet2holidays, the UK’s leading provider of ATOL-protected package holidays to destinations across the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and European leisure cities. With operations expanding to London Gatwick in March 2026, the airline’s network is set to become even more accessible for Emirates Skywards members looking to maximise the value of their Miles.
