DUBAI – Five Iron Golf has expanded its presence in Dubai with the opening of its second venue in the emirate, bringing its technology-led indoor golf experience to Business Bay.

The new location marks a significant step in the brand’s regional growth, adding a centrally positioned entertainment destination designed for professionals, residents and visitors alike.

Situated in Damac Towers by Paramount, the venue places itself within close reach of DIFC, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, reinforcing its appeal as a high-access leisure and networking hub. The launch builds on the success of its first Dubai site and reflects rising demand for indoor, experience-driven entertainment concepts in the city.

Five Iron Golf Business Bay

The new Five Iron Golf venue spans approximately 6,500 sq ft and has been developed to cater to Dubai’s fast-paced urban audience. Its location in Business Bay positions it within one of the city’s most active commercial districts, making it a natural destination for after-work leisure and corporate socialising.

The venue is designed to support both casual visitors and regular players seeking a consistent indoor sporting environment throughout the year. Its proximity to key business and retail landmarks further enhances its role as a convenient lifestyle stop for professionals and tourists.

Tech edge

At the core of the venue is a suite of five Trackman-powered golf simulators, offering detailed swing analysis and access to hundreds of internationally recognised courses. These systems allow players to practise and compete in a controlled environment regardless of weather conditions, supporting year-round engagement.

In addition to golf, the venue features three multisport simulators that extend the experience beyond the fairway, offering interactive games including football and disc golf alongside skill-based challenges for groups.

A private simulator room has also been introduced to accommodate small gatherings, corporate sessions and exclusive bookings, while Callaway club fitting services provide equipment testing and performance-focused customisation.

The facility integrates flexible booking options that support everything from casual practice sessions to structured leagues and private events. This combination of technology and accessibility reflects a growing trend in Dubai’s leisure sector, where entertainment venues increasingly combine sport with data-driven performance tools and immersive gameplay.

Social hub

Beyond its sporting infrastructure, the Business Bay location has been designed as a hospitality-driven social space. A full-service bar, lounge-style seating and interactive games such as pool and darts create an environment aimed at both relaxation and social engagement. The layout is tailored for after-work gatherings, client meetings, group outings and private celebrations, aligning with the district’s corporate character.

The venue’s opening follows the strong reception of Five Iron Golf’s first Dubai location at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, launched in 2024. That initial success highlighted demand in the UAE for indoor golf experiences that combine sport, technology and social interaction under one roof. The Business Bay expansion strengthens this positioning, extending the brand’s reach into the city’s commercial core.

Five Iron Golf now operates more than 40 locations globally across the United States, Europe and the Middle East. The company is supported by prominent investors including Callaway Golf and Danny Meyer’s Enlightened Hospitality Investments, reflecting strong backing within both the sports and hospitality sectors.

The new Business Bay venue is now open and accepting bookings for simulator play, corporate functions, private events and group experiences, adding another layer to Dubai’s growing portfolio of experiential leisure destinations.
