Dubai’s largest women-only run returns with new champions and partners
Thousands to unite for She Runs 2025 at Expo City Dubai
DUBAI – The UAE’s most empowering fitness movement for women and girls is set to make a powerful return.
She Runs 2025, supported by the Dubai Sports Council and organised by Plan b Group, will take place on November 9 at Expo City Dubai, the event’s strategic partner.

Now in its 12th year, the landmark event promises to unite thousands of women and girls for a day celebrating movement, community, and empowerment, in association with the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
She Runs 2025
More than a race, She Runs has evolved into a celebration of wellbeing and sisterhood. This year’s edition features race categories ranging from 1K to 10K, including a Girls’ Run and a dedicated route for People of Determination. Each distance invites women of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds to come together for a shared journey of health and purpose.

The event’s Race Village at Al Forsan Park will host a family-friendly festival featuring wellness zones, youth-led performances, mindfulness spaces, and a curated marketplace showcasing female-led brands.
New faces, new voices
This year introduces the She Runs Community Champions, a group of six inspiring women and girls who embody the event’s spirit of courage, connection, and change.
Sanjana Karia, Dr Shefali Verma, Lisa Campbell, Ava Hall, Laila Labib, and Atiqa Asif Mir will take the stage across Dubai Active’s Industry Talks, Youth Programmes, and Studio Sessions, sharing personal stories designed to inspire participation and amplify female voices across the region.

Their involvement marks a milestone for She Runs, expanding its impact beyond the track and into mentorship and dialogue.
Expanding partnerships
As She Runs continues to grow, so does its community of partners. This year, Dubai Active joins as the Pre-Event Run Prep Partner, connecting the initiative to the region’s largest wellness platform.
The event also enjoys continued support from the Dubai Sports Council and welcomes an expanded roster of new and returning partners, including Expo City Dubai, ASICS, Medcare Hospitals and Medical Centres, FitRepublik, Cheval Maison, Lovin Dubai, La Roche-Posay, Pocari Sweat, Tesla, MonViso, Dubai Foundation for Women and Children, Special Olympics, Gold Collagen, Paintbrush Art Community, Kibsons, House of Pops, Al Ain Farms, and Dubai Athletics Cheer.
Together, these organisations reinforce a collective commitment to promoting health, inclusion, and empowerment through sport.
