Saudi Arabia has introduced a new multilingual call center, named "1966", to improve communication with pilgrims at the Umrah & Ziyarah Forum. Minister of Hajj and Umrah Tawfiq Al Rabiah revealed this initiative.

The call center accommodates nine languages, facilitating a seamless experience for global pilgrims. Positioned to elevate logistical and communicative aspects of the pilgrimage, it provides support in various languages like Arabic, English, and Urdu.

This launch coincided with the Umrah and Ziyarah Forum, emphasising local and international collaboration within the Umrah sector. The forum includes sessions, workshops, and exhibitions showcasing service and tech advancements to enhance pilgrim experiences at the Two Holy Mosques.
