From Shakira to Amr Diab: Major UAE concerts rescheduled

DUBAI – A series of major concerts and live events across Abu Dhabi and Dubai have been postponed, with organisers adjusting schedules amid ongoing regional developments.
The changes affect high-profile international artists and large-scale festivals, reshaping the UAE’s entertainment calendar over the coming months.
Several events have already been assigned new dates, while others remain pending confirmation. Organisers have stated that previously purchased tickets will generally remain valid, with refund options available where applicable.
Christina Aguilera – Abu Dhabi
Originally scheduled for April 24, the concert has been moved to September 25, 2026.
Christina Aguilera’s show at Etihad Arena has been rescheduled to Friday 25 September.

The performance will still take place at Etihad Arena on Yas Island, with tickets remaining valid for the new date. Refunds are available for those unable to attend.
Offlimits Music Festival – Abu Dhabi
The multi-genre festival, initially set for April, has been rescheduled to November 21, 2026. The line-up is expected to remain unchanged, featuring global headliner Shakira alongside acts such as the Jonas Brothers.
The festival, held at Etihad Park, is expected to retain its full-day, multi-stage format with music, art and immersive experiences.
Tarkan – Abu Dhabi
Turkish pop star Tarkan was scheduled to perform on April 17 in what would have been his first Abu Dhabi concert.

While the show was part of the spring events calendar, updates regarding its scheduling are expected as organisers continue to review timelines.
Amr Diab – Dubai
The Egyptian pop star’s concert, previously planned for April 4, has been postponed. A new date has not yet been announced. Organisers confirmed that tickets will remain valid once the rescheduled date is finalised.
