Dubai Summer Surprises 2025: Beat The Heat returns with star Arab line-up

DUBAI Summer Surprises (DSS) 2025 is set to supercharge the city’s summer calendar with the high-energy return of Beat The Heat DXB, a blockbuster indoor concert series running for five nights across two weekends – 4–5 July and 11–13 July – at Dubai World Trade Centre’s Zabeel Hall 6.
Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) and now in its fourth edition, the series is presented in collaboration with Spotlight Live and features an eclectic lineup of the Arab world’s top music acts. With thousands of summer offers, immersive experiences, and family-friendly entertainment, this event promises something special for everyone.
Designed as the ultimate summer hangout, Beat The Heat DXB not only brings live music centre stage but also transforms the venue into a multi-sensory playground for fans aged 10 and above. All attractions and experiences are included in the ticket, making it one of the city’s best-value entertainment events of the season.
Star-studded weekends
The concert kicks off on Friday, 4 July, with a pop-infused evening headlined by genre-bending artist TUL8TE, who blends Arabic pop with bossa nova and rock, alongside rising star Almas. The excitement continues on Saturday, 5 July, with an energetic triple act – Egyptian funk-rock fusion band Sharmoofers, Jordanian singer-songwriter Aziz Maraka, and Syrian-Lebanese artist Ghaliaa.
The second weekend begins on Friday, 11 July with a dynamic mix of hip-hop and reggae, featuring Sudanese rapper Soulja, Dubai-based artist Montiyago, and reggae performer Mo Ali. Saturday, 12 July brings Khaleeji pop to the forefront with Bader Al Shuaibi, Abdulaziz Louis, and Nasser Abbas lighting up the stage.
The grand finale on Sunday, 13 July welcomes a fresh wave of talent including soulful singer-songwriter Akhras, Palestinian-Jordanian rapper Big Sam, and the experimental alt-pop voice of Lana Lubany.
Beyond the stage
Aside from the live performances, Beat The Heat DXB promises a fully immersive environment. Guests can flex their creativity by painting a real Nissan vehicle, get pampered at Bex Beauty, or indulge in a burger fix with Salt Burgers. All attractions are housed under one roof, making it the perfect indoor escape from the Dubai heat.

Beat The Heat DXB is just one highlight in an action-packed season of Dubai Summer Surprises 2025, which runs from 27 June to 31 August. Now in its 28th edition, DSS offers 66 days of promotions, raffles, entertainment, shopping, and gastronomy across the city. The summer retail campaign is structured around three distinct periods – Summer Holiday Offers (27 June–17 July), Great Dubai Summer Sale (18 July–10 August), and Back to School (11–31 August), giving shoppers fresh reasons to celebrate all season long.
