Emirates serves Wimbledon magic at 40,000 feet with special menus and fan experiences
Tennis fans enjoy court-inspired moments from Dubai flights to SW19
DUBAI – Emirates is bringing the excitement of The Championships, Wimbledon 2026 to passengers around the world with a series of tennis-inspired experiences in the skies and on the ground.
As the Official Airline Partner of the prestigious tournament, the airline is marking the event with special menus, entertainment and fan activities designed around the spirit of Wimbledon. The tournament will take place from 29 June to 12 July at The All England Lawn Tennis Club in London, with Emirates continuing its role in connecting fans with one of the biggest events in global sport.

From Dubai to the UK, passengers travelling during the tournament period will experience Wimbledon-themed touches across Emirates’ services. The airline has also introduced a bespoke Wimbledon 2026 livery on one of its iconic A380 aircraft, adding a visual celebration of the partnership.
Sky-high celebration
Passengers flying between Dubai and the UK from 29 June to 12 July can enjoy Wimbledon-inspired dishes across all cabin classes. The menu highlights one of the tournament’s most recognisable traditions, the British strawberry, featuring a selection of desserts created especially for the occasion.

First Class travellers can enjoy honey cake served with strawberry compote and clotted cream, while Business Class and Premium Economy passengers can sample a strawberry tart with pistachio sauce and strawberry yoghurt. Economy Class guests will be served a cream cheese mousse topped with strawberry compote and hazelnut streusel.

The Wimbledon experience continues in the Emirates A380 Onboard Lounge, where passengers can enjoy strawberries and cream, a Pimm’s cocktail and tennis-themed pastries while travelling at 40,000 feet. Emirates Lounges in Dubai and the UK will also feature British favourites, including fish and chips and coronation chicken, adding a taste of the tournament atmosphere before boarding.

Sports fans will be able to follow the action throughout their journey through Emirates’ award-winning ice inflight entertainment system. Live coverage of The Championships will be available via Sport 24 and Sport 24 Extra on all flights, alongside thousands of hours of entertainment options.
First Class passengers will also receive Emirates-branded Wimbledon 2026 seasonal towels, produced by Christy, the Official Towel Supplier of The Championships.
Court-side moments
At Wimbledon, Emirates will host a dedicated activation for visitors at SW19, offering fans the opportunity to capture photos at the Emirates X Wimbledon backdrop and win instant prizes by scanning their tournament ticket. The grand prize includes a holiday for two to the Maldives through Emirates Holidays.
Visitors can also take part in interactive tennis activities, including virtual Emirates-branded courts and the Emirates Cup at Wimbledon on Roblox, bringing a digital gaming experience to tennis enthusiasts.
Emirates cabin crew will also be present throughout the tournament, welcoming spectators and adding to the atmosphere as fans arrive from across the globe.
