Fans experience emotional moments and surprise tracks at Etihad Park
ABU DHABI – Last night in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Park transformed into a colossal Punjabi music arena as Karan Aujla launched his P-Pop Culture World Tour.
More than 25,000 fans gathered for his first-ever outdoor stadium show in the Middle East, witnessing a spectacle that blended theatrical production, emotional fan moments and the high-energy sound that has propelled him to global fame.
From countdown screens to pyrotechnics, anticipation filled the venue long before the star appeared.
Punjabi power
The roar when Aujla stepped onto the stage set the tone for the night. He powered through hits including Tauba Tauba, Softly, Admiring You, Wavy and Take It Easy. New tracks such as P-Pop Culture, I Really Do… and For a Reason showcased his evolving sound.
The crowd erupted again when he premiered Courtside and Tell Me with collaborator Ikky, performing them live for the first time.
Fan moments
In a heartwarming highlight, Aujla invited an older fan on stage, sharing an emotional hug and dance. Later, he walked through the stands, signing shirts, greeting fans and even lifting a young girl as he sang. Every corner of the crowd felt part of the live experience.
Presented by Live Nation Middle East and Team Innovation, the tour marks a milestone in Aujla’s rise, following record-breaking shows across India, Canada, the UK, USA and New Zealand.
