Nad Al Sheba facility offers five boutique studios and a 25-metre swimming pool
DUBAI: FitnGlam, the UAE’s premier women-only fitness and wellness brand, has officially launched its fourth Dubai location in Nad Al Sheba.
Spanning 21,000 square feet, the new SuperClub sets a new benchmark for luxury fitness by offering women a private, empowering environment where training, recovery and connection take centre stage.
The state-of-the-art facility features five boutique studios designed for diverse workout styles, a five-lane 25-metre pool for both recreational and training purposes, and a wide range of premium fitness equipment.
The space has been crafted to create a comprehensive self-care journey supported by expert-led, personalised training programmes delivered by a multinational team of professionals.
Wellness & recovery
Beyond physical training, FitnGlam Nad Al Sheba places strong emphasis on holistic well-being. Members have access to premium recovery amenities, including an infrared salt sauna, cold plunge and recovery pools, and private massage rooms. The facility also offers 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions tailored for individual needs, further enhancing the bespoke fitness experience.
The design ensures that every detail contributes to comfort and convenience – from hot and cold towel service to thoughtfully laid-out changing areas. Café Efzin Fresh adds a nourishing touch with a menu of healthy meals and refreshments ideal for post-workout refuelling or social gatherings.

FitnGlam Nad Al Sheba shares its address with Fitcode, a premium co-located fitness club. Both clubs are accessible through a common entrance but operate within separate, dedicated spaces to maintain their distinct experiences.
