Dubai: Gaming enthusiasts are gearing up for an adrenaline-fueled showdown as some of the most renowned names in regional esports prepare to clash at the DEF Play Beyond tournament. Scheduled to be held from May 4 to 5, the event will unfold at the Dubai World Trade Centre, forming an integral part of the GameExpo. This gaming extravaganza is a highlight of the third Dubai Esports and Gaming Festival (DEF), organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE).

Witness heart-pounding action at GameExpo, as both regional and global esports icons lock horns in thrilling battles, all vying for the prestigious Play Beyond Champions Trophy. Among the prominent contenders are gaming luminaries such as @aboflah, @banderitax, @shongxbong, @jash_dhoka, @jain_ritik, and leading gaming creators from Red Bull. Spectators will be treated to a spectacle of live gaming at its zenith, as these legends compete across a spectrum of both classic and contemporary games, including EA Sports FC 24, Fall Guys, Roblox, Mario Kart Battle, Fortnite, and Overcooked 2.

Enhancing the DEF Play Beyond experience are exclusive meet-and-greet opportunities with gaming idols. Fans can secure VIP tickets for Saturday or Sunday, priced from AED 359, granting them access to priority seating, the GameExpo throughout the three-day event, bespoke merchandise, and a AED 100 food and beverage voucher.
