Emirates expands London Heathrow services with 48 weekly flights
Enhanced schedule supports high winter travel demand
DUBAI – Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, is increasing its services to London Heathrow with six additional weekly flights from next month.
The expanded schedule, designed to meet record passenger demand, will bring the airline’s total operations at London Heathrow to 48 weekly flights from 26th October 2025. The move comes just ahead of the busy winter travel season, giving travellers more flexibility and timing options.
Currently operating six daily flights to London Heathrow on its flagship Airbus A380, Emirates will deploy the Boeing 777-300ER for the added frequencies. Each aircraft offers more than 350 seats across First, Business and Economy Class. The extra flights will run every day except Friday during the winter season.
Timings for the new flights include convenient overnight departures from London Heathrow to Dubai, designed to connect seamlessly with popular onward destinations such as Durban, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Jakarta. For inbound travel, the enhanced schedule supports passengers from key hubs in West Asia, the Middle East and China, including Ahmedabad, Lahore, Maldives, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bahrain, Dammam, Riyadh, Beijing and Shanghai.
Flight timetable
Flight EK41 will depart Dubai on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 13:40hrs, arriving in London Heathrow at 17:40hrs. (London Heathrow arrival on Mondays is scheduled for 17:45hrs).
The return flight, EK42, will depart London Heathrow at 22:35hrs on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday, landing in Dubai at 09:35hrs the following day.
On Tuesday and Saturday, EK42 will leave London Heathrow at 21:20hrs, arriving in Dubai at 08:20hrs.
On Thursdays, EK41 will depart Dubai at 12:55hrs, arriving in London Heathrow at 16:55hrs, with the return flight EK42 scheduled to leave at 21:20hrs. All timings are local.
Expanding UK network
The airline’s UK presence will grow even further in early 2026. Emirates recently confirmed a fourth daily service to London Gatwick, beginning 8 February 2026, to be operated by its newest Airbus A350 aircraft. By February 2026, Emirates will operate 146 weekly flights across the UK, serving its three London airports – Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted – in addition to regional gateways Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
