Dh10 dining deal returns as Dubai Summer Surprises unveils biggest season yet
Win apartments, enjoy concerts and shop across thousands of outlets
DUBAI – Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) is set to return with its most value-packed edition yet, bringing 60 days of shopping promotions, dining offers, entertainment experiences and prize giveaways across the city.
Running from 2 July to 30 August 2026, the annual summer festival will once again transform Dubai into a hub of savings and family-friendly attractions for residents and visitors alike.
Organisers have unveiled an extensive programme featuring major retail campaigns, live performances, hotel offers, restaurant promotions and citywide activations. From opening weekend celebrations at multiple malls to the return of fan-favourite events, DSS aims to deliver new experiences throughout the summer season.
Dubai Summer Surprises
Among the headline attractions are the return of the Beat the Heat DXB concert series and Modesh World at Dubai World Trade Centre, alongside Mall Takeovers, fitness activities and a packed calendar of cultural events. Visitors can also look forward to Summer Restaurant Week, which will later be followed by one of the festival’s most anticipated dining promotions.

The citywide programme is designed to offer value across a range of experiences, from shopping and entertainment to hospitality and dining, reinforcing DSS as one of Dubai’s biggest annual lifestyle events.
Home giveaway
One of the largest promotions announced for DSS 2026 gives shoppers the chance to win a home in Dubai simply through their retail spending.
Customers who spend Dh500 or more at participating retail outlets across the city until 30 August will be entered into a draw to win one of 12 new homes. The prizes include 11 Binghatti studio apartments and a grand prize two-bedroom apartment.
The campaign covers more than 1,000 brands across 3,500 participating retail outlets. Every qualifying purchase worth Dh500 earns one entry into the draw, while additional spending increases the number of entries. Organisers have also highlighted that shoppers who enter earlier in the campaign will remain in the draw for longer, increasing their opportunities to win.
Dh10 dining
Food lovers can once again look forward to the return of the popular Dh10 dining deal, one of the standout promotions of DSS.
Running from 3 August until 30 August, the offer will allow diners to enjoy selected dishes from participating restaurants across Dubai for just Dh10. The promotion is expected to cover a wide range of menu items, including starters, main courses, desserts, coffees and other favourites.
Last year’s edition attracted around 190 restaurants and more than 600 participating outlets across the city, giving diners access to affordable meals in a variety of neighbourhoods and dining destinations.
Previous participating venues included well-known names such as Little Italy, Kailash Parbat, Golden Dragon, The Coop House and Afghan House Restaurant. Organisers are expected to announce the full list of participating restaurants for the 2026 campaign closer to the launch date.
Citywide savings
For years, DSS has been one of Dubai’s most anticipated annual events, drawing shoppers, diners and families with a mix of exclusive deals, seasonal promotions and entertainment experiences.

The 2026 edition continues that tradition with a focus on accessibility, value and experiences, offering residents and tourists new reasons to explore the city throughout the summer.
