Dubai Fountain lights up again
Dubai Fountain has reopened after five months of renovations, welcoming back spectators with its world-famous water, light and music performances on Burj Khalifa Lake.
Phase one of upgrades improved tiling, painting and insulation, ensuring the landmark’s long-term safety and brilliance.
Afternoon shows now run at 1pm and 1.30pm from Saturday to Thursday, and 2pm and 2.30pm on Fridays, while evening displays take place every 30 minutes from 6pm until 11pm daily.
Visitors can enjoy unique views from the Dubai Mall Waterfront Promenade, Souk Al Bahar terraces, Burj Park, the 272-metre floating boardwalk or a traditional abra lake ride.
Surrounding restaurants, including Thiptara, Armani/Hashi, Armani/Amal, Mausam and Time Out Market Dubai, also offer stunning vantage points.
Looking ahead, phase two of renovations, due in 2026, will bring new creative and technological upgrades to the fountain’s performances.
