ABU DHABI – A new multimillionaire has been crowned as Big Ticket revealed the winner of its Dh20 million grand prize during a live draw held in Abu Dhabi.
Shanthanu Shettigar, an Indian expat working in retail sector in Oman, emerged as the top prize winner after ticket number 305810 was announced in the highly anticipated Series 283 draw. The moment marked another major milestone in the region’s longest-running raffle.
The live broadcast attracted widespread attention as participants awaited the announcement of one of the biggest raffle prizes currently on offer in the UAE. Big Ticket continues to draw global participation, with ticket holders tuning in from across the world.
He told the hosts that he does not know “what to do with the prize money”. He will share the prize money with his friend as they bought the ticket together.
