DUBAI – Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have unveiled Terra Gardens, the next chapter of the Expo Living masterplan at Expo City Dubai.
The launch builds on the success of Terra Heights, marking another milestone in developing a dynamic, sustainable and people-centric urban community. It reflects Dubai’s long-term vision to create vibrant living spaces that integrate nature, leisure and innovation.
Expanding Expo Living
Spanning 451,295 square metres, Expo Living is a comprehensive master development that blends residential, retail, hospitality and commercial components within a seamlessly connected environment. The overall plan features five residential communities comprising 3,555 units, designed around landscaped public spaces and essential amenities.
The latest phase, Terra Gardens, introduces 560 residential units, with additional launches to follow. It is positioned next to Expo Mall, the upcoming retail and lifestyle hub of Expo City Dubai, offering residents convenient access to shopping, dining and leisure options within walking distance.
Lifestyle and amenities
At the heart of Terra Gardens lies an extensive mix of recreational and wellness spaces, including green parks, shaded walkways, and landscaped courtyards. Residents will enjoy a central park, jogging tracks, outdoor cinema, and fitness zones featuring padel and volleyball courts.
