DUBAI – Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the launch of Palm Central Private Residences, introducing a new benchmark in resort-inspired residential living on Palm Jebel Ali.
Positioned between Frond M and Frond N along the island’s central spine, the development brings a refined model of community-oriented luxury to one of Dubai’s most recognisable destinations. It expands Palm Jebel Ali’s lifestyle offerings beyond its exclusive beachfront villas, creating a vibrant residential hub at the island’s core.

The development comprises 212 residences across three mid-rise buildings, offering one- to five-bedroom apartments and signature penthouses with private pools.
Each home is designed with a seamless indoor-outdoor aesthetic, elegant interiors and panoramic views of both the sea and the Dubai skyline. Landscaped courtyards, wellness zones and social lounges anchor the community’s focus on comfort, wellbeing and connection – blending private retreat with shared living spaces.
According to Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, Palm Central Private Residences represents “resort living for everyday life.” It forms a central neighbourhood where homes, learning, wellness, retail and worship exist within walking distance – complementing the island’s beachfront villas and supporting an inclusive, people-centred waterfront community.
The project follows Nakheel’s earlier unveiling of the Beach and Coral Collection villas, developed in collaboration with international architects. While those villas emphasise coastal exclusivity, Palm Central Private Residences focuses on accessibility and connection, fusing architecture, lifestyle and resort comfort within one destination.
What else will the island feature?
Palm Jebel Ali’s growing infrastructure includes a 9,000-square-metre retail centre and a Friday mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). The mosque, accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers, reimagines traditional Islamic architecture with sculptural forms that invite light and reflection, creating a calm, contemplative landmark at the island’s heart.
Spanning 13.4 kilometres and comprising seven interconnected islands, Palm Jebel Ali features 16 fronds and over 90 kilometres of beachfront. The development aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda D33, integrating smart design, sustainable infrastructure and walkable spaces to create a forward-looking, mixed-use community that mirrors Dubai’s evolving urban ambition.
