DUBAI – Ajman recorded 994 real estate transactions worth Dh1.53 billion in August 2026, according to figures released by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.

The emirate’s real estate activity included 767 trading transactions with a combined value of Dh970 million. A further 142 mortgage transactions were registered during the month, with their total value exceeding Dh340 million.

The latest figures were announced by the Ajman Media Office, highlighting continued activity across different segments of the emirate’s property market. The data also showed significant transactions in established neighbourhoods and major property development projects.

Trading activity

Trading transactions accounted for the largest share of activity, with 767 deals generating Dh970 million during August.

Al Rawda 3 recorded the highest-value sale of the month at Dh47 million, making it the location of the emirate’s biggest individual sale during the period. The area also recorded the highest-value mortgage transaction, worth Dh27.5 million.

The department also reported activity in property development projects, with the highest-value sale in this category reaching Dh2.1 million in Azha Community.

The figures cover transactions recorded across Ajman during August and include different forms of real estate activity monitored by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.

Mortgage deals

Mortgage activity remained another significant component of the market, with 142 mortgage transactions exceeding Dh340 million in total value.

Al Rawda 3 led this category as well, registering the emirate’s highest-value mortgage transaction at Dh27.5 million.

The transaction figures come as Ajman continues to record property activity across a range of residential and development areas, with trading concentrated in several major projects and neighbourhoods.

Among major projects, Emirates City topped the list of the most traded developments in August, followed by City Towers and Ajman One.

Active areas

At the neighbourhood level, Al Helio 2 recorded the highest trading activity, followed by Manama 14 and Al Helio 1.
