DUBAI – Ajman's real estate market maintained its strong momentum during the first half of 2026, recording 6,815 transactions worth more than Dh10.8 billion.

The latest figures, released by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department through the Ajman Real Estate Index, highlight continued activity across sales, mortgages and major development projects.

The performance reflects sustained investor interest in the emirate's expanding property market.

Market activity

According to Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, the emirate registered 5,435 trading transactions during the first six months of the year, with a combined value of Dh7.64 billion.

The highest-value property sale during the period was recorded in the Al Amera area, where a transaction worth Dh215 million was completed.

Mortgage activity also remained robust, with 969 mortgage transactions valued at more than Dh1.88 billion. The largest single mortgage, worth Dh123.5 million, was registered in the Liwara 1 area.

Investment demand

Al Muhairi said the positive results reflected the strength of Ajman's real estate sector and the wide range of investment opportunities available across the emirate. He noted that the sector continues to play a key role in supporting Ajman's economic growth while reinforcing its reputation as an attractive destination for property investment.

Among major developments, the Emirates City project ranked as the most actively traded during the first half of 2026, ahead of City Towers and Ajman One.

At neighbourhood level, Al Helio 2 recorded the highest trading activity, followed by Al Helio 1 and Al Zahia, underlining continued demand across established and emerging residential communities.
