Emirates gives Al Ain FC a grand send-off to US
Club to compete in major international event starting 14th June
DUBAI: Al Ain FC’s journey to the United States for the world’s top club football tournament began with a glamorous send-off from Emirates.
The tournament, set to kick off on 14 June, marks a milestone for the Club as it competes on one of football’s grandest international stages.
On Tuesday night, over 50 Al Ain FC players and Club staff flew to Washington DC aboard an Emirates flight.
VIP service
As part of the send-off, Emirates’ ground teams rolled out VIP treatment from the moment the team arrived at Emirates Terminal 3. Swift check-ins, seamless boarding, and premium gate services were arranged to ensure a smooth start to their journey.
Onboard welcome
Once onboard, the players were greeted with Emirates’ signature hospitality. A special message from the flight deck team extended wishes of success to the Club as they prepared to represent the UAE at the prestigious event.

Emirates is the Official Partner and Official Airline Partner of Al Ain FC for the tournament and will continue its support into the 2025/26 season. The partnership highlights the airline’s role in championing the UAE as a global sports destination.
