Dubai welcomes Bottega 33: Andalusia’s Italian-branded residences launch in Majan
CEO Saleh Tabakh plans wider expansion of Bottega concept across the emriate
DUBAI-based Andalusia Group has officially announced the launch of Bottega 33 Residences, a branded residential development located in Majan, a rapidly growing neighbourhood near Dubailand.
This marks the second project under the “Bottega” brand and is the group’s first fully branded residential concept developed in collaboration with Arete Developments.
What does Bottega 33 offer?
Bottega 33 is designed as a luxury lifestyle experience rooted in Italian architecture. The residences will feature customised Italian materials in every detail, from flooring to faucets, thanks to partnerships with prestigious global names including Atlas Concorde and Bango Design.
Emphasising family-centric amenities and elegant architectural styling, the project promises a high-end residential offering with curated finishes and contemporary design.
The development follows the earlier announcement of Bottega Nove Residences and reflects Andalusia Group’s intention to cement its position in the luxury real estate sector with branded, high-quality living spaces.
Who’s behind the project?
Saleh Tabakh, CEO and Founder of Andalusia Group, commented on the launch: “We managed to create Dubai’s first fully branded residential concept – homegrown and authentically tailored. Bottega is not just a building; it’s a lifestyle blueprint.”
He also emphasised the company's future expansion plans, stating their goal is to grow the Bottega brand across Dubai through strategic partnerships focused on quality and efficiency.
Fahim Hussain, CEO of Arete Developments, added that the decision to partner with Andalusia was driven by their authentic and scalable approach to luxury residential development. He described Bottega 33 as “design-driven and meticulously curated” and expects it to set new standards for branded premium residences in the city.
When does it begin?
Construction for Bottega 33 is set to begin soon, with further announcements expected on the project’s official launch and sales timeline in the coming weeks.
Andalusia Group
Established in 2019 in Dubai, Andalusia Group focuses on attracting Saudi investment portfolios into the UAE’s commercial and residential markets. Its first development was a shopping complex in Dubai, and the company now oversees real estate development, asset management, retail, general investment, and franchise ventures in the restaurant industry.
