High-end fleet to offer seamless arrivals and departures for guests
DUBAI – Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) has entered into a strategic collaboration with Coca-Cola Arena to elevate the travel experience for thousands of eventgoers.
The partnership designates DTC as the exclusive provider of limousine services for all events at the arena, ensuring visitors enjoy seamless and comfortable transport before and after shows. The move supports Dubai’s vision of enhancing guest experience across its world-class entertainment destinations.
Located in City Walk, Coca-Cola Arena is recognised as one of the Middle East’s leading live entertainment venues. With a year-round schedule and capacity for 17,000 guests, it regularly hosts global artists, major sporting events, cultural productions and large-scale gatherings. The partnership supports the arena’s commitment to offering convenience from the moment visitors arrive.
Premium fleet
DTC will station a dedicated fleet of luxury limousines and taxis at the venue, supported by on-ground teams and real-time coordination through its Operations Control Center. This setup is designed to maintain smooth traffic flow and ensure vehicles are readily available to meet fluctuating demand. Professional chauffeurs will operate the fleet, delivering high standards of service to visitors attending concerts, sports fixtures and other live events.
Mansoor Rahma Alfalasi, CEO of Dubai Taxi Company, said the collaboration aims to enhance the overall event journey. He noted that the goal is to ensure guests feel like VIPs as they leave the venue, emphasising that the partnership places community comfort and convenience at the centre of the experience.
Mark Jan Kar, General Manager of Coca-Cola Arena, stated that the partnership redefines arrival standards for visitors by offering a more comfortable and stress-free transport option. He added that the collaboration reflects Dubai’s wider ambition to cement its reputation as a smart and sustainable global city.

Recognised as a public joint stock company under Law No. (21) of 2023, DTC is one of Dubai’s largest mobility providers with a fleet of over 10,000 vehicles, including more than 6,200 taxis. Established in 1994, the company offers services spanning taxis, VIP limousines, buses and last mile delivery bikes. It currently holds around 45% of Dubai’s taxi market and completed 49 million taxi and limousine trips in 2024.
