Khadamat partners with MRI Software to streamline UAE facilities operations
Cloud-based transformation reshapes multisite facilities management delivery
DUBAI – Khadamat, a UAE-based integrated facilities management provider, has selected MRI Software to support the standardisation of its operations across a growing portfolio in the United Arab Emirates.
Established in 2007, Khadamat is a joint venture between Mubadala’s Solutions+ and Serco. The move comes as facilities management providers across the region respond to rising service expectations and increasingly complex, multisite portfolios.
Cloud adoption is becoming central to improving visibility, operational control and long-term scalability across the sector.
Cloud shift
As part of its wider digital strategy, Khadamat has deployed MRI Software’s facilities management platform to consolidate multiple help desks and operational systems into a single SaaS environment. The transition is designed to create a more connected structure across its operations, enabling standardised processes and improved coordination.
By centralising data and workflows, the system aims to enhance real-time oversight of service delivery across diverse sites. MRI Software provides an open, cloud-based platform used by property and facilities organisations to manage complex portfolios with greater efficiency and consistency.
UAE rollout
The implementation spans 15 client portfolios across the UAE and will be used by more than 500 site-based employees involved in daily facilities management activities. The platform supports task management, service tracking and operational reporting across multiple contracts and locations.
Khadamat noted that consistency and visibility have become critical as its portfolio expands across the Emirates, while the cloud-based approach strengthens its ability to scale service delivery. MRI Software highlighted that the system enables organisations to standardise operations and gain real-time insight across complex environments, supporting more coordinated and responsive FM performance.
