Dubai flights update: Emirates restores services to over 90 destinations
Transit travellers accepted only if onward connections are operating
DUBAI – Operations at Emirates have resumed on a reduced scale, with dozens of international services operating from Dubai International Airport as regional airspace restrictions continue to impact aviation activity across the Middle East.
The Dubai-based carrier confirmed that flights are gradually operating again to destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Americas following partial reopening of airspace corridors. However, the airline stressed that all services remain subject to operational clearance and safety checks.
Passengers are advised to confirm their flight status online and monitor email notifications before travelling to the airport. Transit passengers through Dubai will only be accepted if their connecting flights are confirmed to be operating.
Emirates’ global routes
Among the long-haul services currently operating from Dubai are flights to Melbourne (EK406), Perth (EK420) and Sydney (EK412 and EK414) in Australia.
Services across Europe include routes to Vienna (EK127), Brussels (EK181), Prague (EK139), Copenhagen (EK151) and Nice (EK077), alongside multiple daily flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle (EK071, EK073, EK075).
Germany is served by flights to Frankfurt (EK043, EK045, EK047), Düsseldorf (EK055), Hamburg (EK059) and Munich (EK051), while other European destinations include Rome (EK095, EK097), Amsterdam (EK145), Lisbon (EK193), Stockholm (EK157) and Zurich (EK085).
The airline is also operating flights to several major hubs in the United Kingdom, including London Heathrow (EK001, EK003, EK005, EK007, EK031), London Gatwick (EK009), Manchester (EK019, EK021), Birmingham (EK039), Glasgow (EK027) and Edinburgh (EK023).
Asia connections
Emirates has resumed numerous routes across Asia, including flights to Beijing (EK306), Shanghai (EK304), Shenzhen (EK328), Hangzhou (EK310) and Guangzhou (EK362) in China.
Services also operate to Tokyo Haneda (EK312) and Tokyo Narita (EK318) in Japan, Seoul (EK322) in South Korea and Hong Kong (EK380).
In Southeast Asia, flights are running to Bangkok (EK370), Phuket (EK378, EK384), Singapore (EK314), Kuala Lumpur (EK342), Jakarta (EK358) and Bali (EK368).
South Asia services
The airline continues to maintain several connections with the Indian subcontinent.
Flights from Dubai operate to Delhi (EK510, EK512, EK514, EK516), Mumbai (EK500, EK502, EK504, EK506, EK508), Bengaluru (EK564, EK566, EK568), Hyderabad (EK524, EK526, EK528), Chennai (EK542, EK544, EK546) and Ahmedabad (EK538, EK540).
Additional regional services include flights to Colombo (EK650, EK654), Malé (EK658) and Dhaka (EK582).
Pakistan routes are also operating, including Karachi (EK602), Islamabad (EK612) and Lahore (EK622).
Americas and Africa
Long-haul services to North America include Toronto (EK241), New York JFK (EK203), Chicago (EK235), Dallas (EK221) and San Francisco (EK225).
In Latin America, Emirates operates flights to Rio de Janeiro (EK247) and São Paulo (EK261).
Across Africa, destinations currently served include Addis Ababa (EK723), Accra (EK787), Nairobi (EK717), Casablanca (EK751), Lagos (EK783) and Cape Town (EK770).
