Here’s how Global Village Dubai will celebrate UAE’s Eid Al Etihad 2025
Spectacular fireworks and drone shows to light up the night sky
DUBAI – Global Village, the region’s premier multicultural family destination for entertainment, dining, shopping, and attractions, will host a vibrant celebration of the UAE’s 54th Eid Al Etihad from 27 November to 3 December 2025.
This year’s festivities, held under the theme “United,” honour the UAE’s spirit of unity and cultural bonds, offering guests an immersive experience of colour, culture, and creativity.
Eid Al Etihad celebrations
Every corner of Global Village will be transformed with iconic Eid Al Etihad decorations, while the vibrant colours of the UAE flag illuminate gates, streets, and landmarks.
Ten cultural installations representing Emirati traditions will be displayed across the park, providing unique photo opportunities for families and visitors.
From 1 to 3 December, spectacular fireworks at 9:00 PM will light up the night sky, accompanied by exclusive UAE-themed drone shows on 1 and 2 December.
The Main Stage will feature an extraordinary theatrical dance operetta titled From the Desert to the Stars, performed twice daily from 1 to 3 December. The production celebrates the 54th Eid Al Etihad, reflecting the significance of the union through emotional and visually striking storytelling. Complementing the operetta, traditional Yola and Harbiya shows will take place across the park, showcasing the nation’s rich cultural rhythms. Fans can also enjoy a live performance by Khaleeji artist Khalid Mohammed on 1 December at 9 PM.
Shopping and dining
Shopping remains a highlight of the Eid celebrations, with guests discovering Emirati and Union Day products at the Emirates Pavilion, the 971 Community Pavilion, and the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Works Pavilion.
The Heritage Village, affiliated with the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, will also showcase authentic Emirati crafts and cultural displays, offering a glimpse into the nation’s traditional artistry.
Food enthusiasts can explore a variety of flavours across the park, from traditional Emirati dishes such as Luqaimat and Ragag bread to other beloved culinary delights celebrating the UAE’s heritage.
