The donations will go towards uplifting educational and vocational systems and improving the qualifications of individuals in underprivileged communities. The fund will aid in providing sustainable methods to improve the standard of living and equip individuals with resources to access jobs, leading to the betterment of their communities.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed has announced on his social media platform that the holy month of Ramadan is approaching. In keeping with tradition, the people of the UAE launch humanitarian campaigns to the world every year. This year, they will launch the Mothers’ Endowment, an education endowment fund worth AED 1 billion that will serve as a perpetual charity in honour of all mothers in the UAE.
Praising his mother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed noted, “A mother is a synonym for heaven, and her satisfaction is the path to heaven. We invite young and older men and women to participate in this gift. Let us make our mothers happy, please our Creator, and practice fasting this Ramadan with blessings, love, and kindness. May God protect the UAE and UAE mothers.”
Dubai’s Vice President and Ruler stated: “Knowledge is a source of hope and a gate to a better life. It helps build capable individuals and advance countries. He also emphasised that the UAE’s role is to ensure education, hope, and a better life for people globally. Therefore, the country must contribute to creating a better future for everyone worldwide.”
