New York hotel rolls out ultra-exclusive $1 million World Cup package
Helicopter transfers, private yacht sail and pitch-side final seating included
NEW YORK – As New York City prepares to host the FIFA World Cup Final weekend in 2026, The Mark Hotel is unveiling one of its most extravagant offerings to date.
The property is presenting The World Cup Extravaganza, a $1,000,000 ultra-luxury experience designed for a select group of guests seeking unmatched privacy, access and comfort during the world’s biggest sporting event.
The package transforms the hotel’s iconic penthouse into a private residence in the sky, combining sport, entertainment and Manhattan’s skyline into a single immersive stay. With bookings available until 20 June 2026, the experience spans four nights from 16 to 21 July 2026, aligning directly with the FIFA World Cup Final weekend in New York City.
Limited to just six guests, the offering blends hospitality with high-security exclusivity, curated experiences and round-the-clock service, positioning The Mark as a focal point for elite visitors during the tournament period.
The Mark Penthouse
At the heart of the experience is The Mark Penthouse, occupying the top two floors of The Mark Hotel. Designed as a private headquarters for the World Cup weekend, the space is reimagined as a fully serviced residence with sweeping views across Manhattan and Central Park.

The layout accommodates six primary guests, alongside two additional rooms for personal staff or support teams, ensuring seamless logistics throughout the stay. Inside, oversized screens are installed across living areas to broadcast every match in real time, turning the penthouse into a private stadium above the city.

The interiors are configured for extended viewing sessions and social gatherings, with plush lounge seating, curated entertainment systems and discreet, high-touch service throughout the stay. The atmosphere is intended to mirror an exclusive private club, elevated by the hotel’s signature design language and attention to detail.

Wellness is integrated directly into the living space. Guests have access to a private gym and a cold plunge facility overlooking the skyline, allowing for recovery between matches and events. A dedicated 24-hour butler service is included, alongside an on-call massage therapist to support guests throughout the four-night experience.
Elite access
Beyond the penthouse, the package extends into a series of curated city-wide experiences designed around mobility, exclusivity and spectacle. Guests will have a private chauffeur and luxury vehicle on standby for the duration of the stay, enabling seamless travel between Manhattan’s cultural and social landmarks.

Movements may include discreet museum visits, appointments along Madison Avenue, high-end shopping excursions and late-night dining experiences across downtown New York. Every detail of transport is structured to remove logistical friction during one of the city’s busiest sporting periods.

A defining feature of the experience is aerial access. Guests will be transferred via private helicopter to and from the World Cup Final venue, allowing direct skyline crossings and complete avoidance of public congestion. This elevated transfer experience underscores the package’s focus on privacy and time efficiency.
Harbour escape
The offering also includes access to The Mark’s signature 70-foot Herreshoff sailboat for a private charter departing from Chelsea Piers. The journey takes guests through New York Harbor, passing the Statue of Liberty while bespoke dining is served onboard. Menus are curated by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and complemented by selections from Caviar Kaspia at The Mark, paired with champagne and skyline views stretching across the harbour.
The sailing experience is designed as a key moment within the itinerary, offering a slower, scenic contrast to the intensity of the tournament schedule. As the vessel moves through New York Harbor, guests are presented with uninterrupted views of the city’s skyline, bridges and waterfront landmarks.

The 70-foot Herreshoff yacht, one of the last of its kind, serves as a floating private lounge where dining and leisure merge. Culinary service is structured around personalised menus, with emphasis on seasonal ingredients, luxury presentation and uninterrupted hospitality throughout the voyage.
The route includes passage by the Statue of Liberty, creating a cinematic backdrop for a tailored celebration on the water. This element of the package highlights The Mark’s emphasis on experience-led luxury, extending the World Cup beyond stadium confines into iconic city spaces.
Upon return to shore, guests re-enter Manhattan with continued access to their dedicated transport and service team, ensuring a seamless transition back into the penthouse environment or onward evening engagements across the city.
FIFA World Cup Final
As the FIFA World Cup Final approaches, the experience culminates with premium pitch-side seating and exclusive stadium access for all six guests. The package includes midfield-level positioning, dedicated entry points and private hospitality areas within the venue, ensuring an uninterrupted viewing experience of the match’s defining moment.

Following the final whistle, guests return via private helicopter transfer to The Mark Hotel, where a closing evening unfolds above Madison Avenue. The penthouse becomes a private after-party space overlooking the illuminated Manhattan skyline, extending the tournament atmosphere into a final night of celebration.
Throughout the stay, service remains fully bespoke, with curated hospitality, commemorative gifts marking the occasion and continuous access to staff, transport and wellness support. The experience is structured to maintain continuity between sport, leisure and luxury living across every stage of the itinerary.

Located at the corner of Madison Avenue and 77th Street near Central Park, The Mark Hotel continues to position itself as one of New York’s most exclusive addresses, blending avant-garde design, private service and high-profile cultural collaborations, reinforcing its role as a destination for global elite travel during landmark events.
